All good as far as the elements enacted by Shoezone themselves are concerned but Evri continue to deliver in their usual slapdash manner. Why otherwise well run companies continue to use them is beyond me I'm afraid.

The insoles on the women's shoes never stay in place they always come unstuck meaning I either have to superglue them back in place or buy a replacement as it becomes so uncomfortable

Ordered a pair of Lilley Womens Black Buckle Knee High Boot, size 4, had an issue with the delivery of the parcel going missing, no fault of Shoezone as the parcel went missing in transit, however, customer service (a lady named Abbie) was very helpful and resolved the issue super quick, a new pair of boots were issued and have been safely received today. Lovely pair of boots and look great. One thing to note, is that despite the elastic stretch material at the back of the boots these boots are a slim fit as the elastic material is only two small sections at top of the boot and not the whole of the back of the boot, so don't expect much give in them, but if you have slim legs they are lovely.
