Very quick and simple ordering service and delivery

Ordered shoes and slippers yesterday and they arrived at lunchtime today. Amazing service. Email to confirm order, then notifications when the goods were packed and out for delivery. Shoe Zone obviously have everything under control. Oh by the way, the goods were just what I wanted.

They didn’t have the size that I wanted in the shop in Barnsley but the staff were very helpful and I easily ordered it. It was delivered successfully the next day and the shoes fitted perfectly and they were exactly what I wanted. Many thanks to your staff in the shop for their helpfulness.

Delivered by EVRI great service as free delivery from Shoezone and good rapid next day. Items I purchased were flip flops and sliders and the £2 for £10 off was fantastic even if they only lasted one summer but I anticipate they’ll last a lot longer. Great value for the money

Next delivery is a joke....very small print states it's only a guide.I knew it would never be delivered when they advised. Told to wait 4 days now !

Selected InPost locker for delivery, after checkout it switched to Evri (which I never ever use). When I queried this I was advised they randomly select the courier at checkout. So Shoezone why give the customer options to then randomly please yourself after payment. Wrong on every level

It was easy to order my slippers, and I received confirmatory e-mails, to let me know the progress of the order. Delivery was next day as stated, and they were left in the safe place I requested. As simple as ABC !

Great men's sandals. 2nd pair bought due to the quality, fit and price.
Unfortunately let down by the delivery company (Evri). Delivery driver does a faint knock (which can't be heard inside), drop the parcel on the doorstep and run delivery. This means the parcel is left in full view of the street just waiting to be nicked. I have a ring doorbell so the standard of delivery is not good enough. Just follow my delivery instructions Evri!

Was told it was free next day delivery and this did not happen . If this is not guarantied( and evri are not the best at sticking to the rules )
Please don’t tell the customer it’s free next day delivery. Would put me off ordering from this company again

Excellent service didn’t have my size in the shop yesterday. The lady in the shop said o could order them for delivery to my home address free delivery charge so I ordered them and they’ve arrived today. Excellent service and really happy with them they fit perfectly, love the style and very reasonable will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you.

I always order my kids school shoes from shoezone because of the quality and durability. They always serve the purpose. One thing I would recommend is if they can start doing sizes like 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and so on instead of just focusing on even numbers. I got a size 4 for my daughter and it was too small, changed it to a 5 and it’s too big. A size 4.5 would have been her perfect size but I can’t get that from shoezone.
