I visited sere motors at Boucher road and after viewing a mg xpower on there website I wanted to see the car so a salesman called Daniel introduced himself and showed me the car no pressure from him just pure courtesy and answered any questions I had after sum haggling the deal was done totally delighted with my purchase and will be back for service next year when due as they have a full service centre Top man young Daniel and thanks

I'd endorse SERE Motors Lisburn because David Gaw once again has provided excellent customer service. Answering our queries, listening to our needs and not just trying to push a sale. David is genuine and knowledgeable. Will recommend SERE Lisburn and will continue to use for future purchases.

Marcel was really helpful and patient as we looked around the cars undecided which we would buy. He asked us what was a " must have", wrote everything down, and then showed us all the cars that had what we asked for. He arranged test drives and gave us time to think about it. He answered all questions asked. A very nice guy to deal with. Helpful without the "Hard Sell" as I find pushy salesmen put me off buying.

Ryan Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding electric vehicles. I was given the ability to test drive multiple vehicles on a busy Saturday morning without any notice, just a walk in. He was very happy to get a full battery state of health check completed before I bought a used Cupra Born.

SERE Lisburn sold my mum a 2019 Vauxhall Corsa (30–35k miles) in July 2024 with a three-month warranty—which they completely failed to honour.

From the start, the car had electrical issues: the key fob stopped working, and we couldn’t even unlock the car manually. My mum had to borrow my car just to get to work. SERE’s solution? Handed us a new fob and sent us on our way—no investigation, no accountability.

Then in January, shortly after their flimsy warranty expired, the car broke down completely. Engine failure. It had to be towed to a local mechanic, who described it as a heap of scrap. The oil was filthy, filters needed replacing, and now the dashboard is lit up with warning lights like a Christmas tree.

This is a 5-year-old car with relatively low mileage, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. SERE sold us something clearly unfit for purpose, then washed their hands of it.

This dealership has no regard for customers, road safety, or basic decency. Avoid SERE Lisburn at all costs.

I recently purchased am MG3 Exclusive from SERE Motors, Boucher Road, Belfast. I was very impressed with how their Sales Executive, Pearce Donnan handled my transaction and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very calmly and professionally during each step of the transaction. He is a real gentleman and a credit to the SERE Motor organisation. This is our 6th new car from SERE - a KGM Korando K35 - and what an absolutely fantastic car it is. Simply gorgeous to look at, & the spec within is amazing. Considering the price tag of just over £26,000 the car is finished to a really high standard and has everything you could possibly want/need - full real leather, sat nav, lane assist, cruise control, android auto, alloys - the list just goes on & on. The sales team - big shout out to Gerard (manager) & Pierce - sourced this car for us and we honestly couldnt be more pleased. In truth, we would not use any other dealer as we find them so helpful, honest, and they really do go beyond to help us out & find our next new car. Would definitely highly recommend the Korando K35 - the KGM brand have some fantastic cars - and SERE.

Well all I can say is Daniel was a top class gentleman. Within 30 mins I had found my car had a test drive and commenced the paperwork.
