Ordered seeds of this company a few years running. Always arrived and always germinated well. A lot cheaper than elsewhere.

This company does not respond to messages! Ordered seeds to give away at funeral, but arrived too late. Would like to return, but no idea how! Very poor... sort customer service out.

Truly excellent service! Seeds ordered Wednesday evening and delivered Saturday morning in perfect order! Well packed in clear plastic pockets - if the seeds germinate as well as the more expensive sites I generally buy from then I will certainly switch to this supplier again, one very happy customer!

Although the order took longer than expected to arrive, it was all complete, individually packed and everything as stated.
From order to delivery it took 2 weeks. So if you are in a hurry I would not recommend, otherwise, no problem.

I would not recommend this company, I ordered over £25 of seeds that did not arrive, Seedparade has not answered my emails,

Does your forum have details of Trading Standards or contact no of Seedparade,

Goods not received, had to go through paypal to try recover money as no one has bothered to answer the emails I have sent and there's no phone number listed on the site

Shocking service. Lost £9.60 on seeds that did not arrive. Emailed them and messaged them but no response. Messaged them again but no response. I've been ripped off. Will be contacting Trading Standards.
And they still have the cheek to e-mail me offers on seeds!!!!!! They don't have a telephone number to contact them ............ I wonder why!!!!!!!!!1

Still waiting for order after 15days. Paid £3.49 postage, why?????? Sent email and not the courtesy to reply

Not at all impressed with this company. I have not received my order and I have not received a reply to any of the 3 emails I have sent. So, no goods received, no contact from the company and no refund either.
I subsequently received a refund, thank you Seed Parade, but only knew via my statement. Lack of communication made this a disappointing experience.

Its has been 3 weeks since I should have received my seeds. I wrote few emails, but nobody even botherded to respond

Hi, so initially I was disappointed not to receive the sage (but I did get the other 5 packets ok) - also not to get a response to my mail. However - sage has just arrived and the sage can now be planted ...so I am now a happy customer - thanks Seedparade

I have been sent my package of seeds but two packets were missing. I have contacted them repeatedly now but they have not responded. They have taken my money for items not provided. I have been ripped off.

Do not deal with this business. I received the wrong products and they failed to acknowledge or reply to any of my attempts to contact them. I purchased through PayPal and managed to get a refund but this business fails at every count you have been warned.

Ordered a selection of herb seeds:
Parsley, Chive, Basil, Par-Cel, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage and Coriander

... so far the only one sage seed (out of several) has germinated and the rosemary's a bit weak but I'm pretty confident that this is a temperature/humidity thing rather than a seed issue.

Otherwise all delivered as described and on time. Instructions on the website are very handy for folks planting unfamiliar species. So all in all no reason to mark down and every reason to recommend.

I have placed a few orders from you. The seeds arrived quicker than expected, were exactly what I expected and very competitively priced. I am very pleased with my purchases and will be using Seedparade again!
