Communication is shocking emails have been send over items missing from my order to receive not even a single email back. Seeds come without instructions or any guidance and that would be ideal for new people so they have a reference to planting the seeds. One of the packets wasn’t closed properly so seeds were everywhere.

Received all my seeds ordered after 5 days great but only complaint as a novice gardener is that there are no instructions on planting etc enclosed so am now on web site printing off the instructions which is time consuming and a bit of a pain.. Even if they had an instructions page on website quickly accessible that you could print from by clicking a select plant and then print option

Seed Parade supply great 'no frills' seeds at amazing value compared to other suppliers. I don't think they are a huge commercial operation so be patient. A recent order took quite a while because of the Covid crisis and post problems, but got here eventually!
I used them last year too and all the seeds come up! I would recommend.

They claim that £60 order was dispatched 22/4/2020 to Ireland.
Goods have not arrived - 8/5/2020.
Three emails not answered, two through their online form.
No phone number found for them.
Making claim via PayPal.
But my growing season completely thrown.

Great service every time, including my order this month which arrived on time.

I successfully germinated seeds from 2018 inc. lettuce, sub attic and black cherry tomatoes.

Great selection of heirloom seeds.

Great packaging in zip lock bags keeps seeds clean and dry for next time.

I read the few bad reviews and don’t think they reflect the great service I have gotten over the years. Maybe this is because of an increased demand due to cv19?

Brilliant. Cheap with quick delivery. I even managed to get them delivered to Cyprus. Well impressed.

Ordered seeds 3 weeks ago which was posted 4 days later but not received them and no reply from Seed Parade to my several emails. There is no phone number and there are spelling mistakes on the website. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They need to add phone number to the website and reply to their customers' emails and ensure they are happy with the services and receive their orders. Receiving order from this company is looking more and more unlikely now.
UPDATE 12th September 2020 - Citizens Advice Bureau contacted Trading Standards Agency about this. Still no seeds from Seed Parade and no replies from them. There were spelling mistakes on the website and information was orders will take a long long time to deliver. Warning to others - beware of any websites with spelling errors and no specific reasonable time to expect delivery and when to contact if not received orders unlike other reputable companies eg thompson & morgan, fothergills, etc

Is seedparade a genuine company..?

Two direct emails and one webform communication not replied to . And apparently no phone number provided on the website.

Items ordered three weeks ago......

Would be great to get a response from the company

Just received mine today, took 2 weeks but with the current situation and demand this is acceptable. They look great, can't wait to plant!

ordered a number of seeds and read the reviews after . i became a little worried when reading some bad reviews however my order arrived in total and within 5 days. great product.

Lovely fertile seed, very successful germination.
Like the tinny lock tight little plastic bags as only used the amount of seed I wanted to use and saved the rest for planting later.

Seeds arrive a few days after ordering via, Royal Mail. Excellent price, good quality seeds and very little packaging! Could not ask for more.

I worked in a school and asked for a small donation to hep our school garden. With no question they sent the school 33 packets of seed! What a wonderful company!!! Thank you

Ordered a load of different seeds at a very good price some were even free I found the website very easy to navigate and they have a great selection.
They keep you informed of how your order is progressing and despatched quickly and all items delivered in a couple of days well labelled and packaged
Was worried about previous reviews but I can't fault them and would recommend just hope they germinate Haha.

I order in aug and paid them for all seeds.
Still NO seeds. They dont answer on my mails. Nothing came of my order!! This is terrible how can a company do like this?? I have sent 10-15 mails and not even 1 answer! Nothing!
What can I do to reach them. Everybody of my friends stop their shopping now with this bad company!! Be careful they just take your money!!!😡😡

This company does not even deserve one star - I ordered seeds online more than two weeks ago but have not received anything (despite email confirming order and receipt of payment) and my emailed inquiry has been met with total silence. No phone number on website. Totally unacceptable. Avoid!

After having seen their reviews I now wish I had looked before I ordered. Their Paypal telephone number is wrong and emails go unanswered. Looks like a scam.

I ordered 15 packets of assorted veg seed 3 weeks ago today from Seedparade.
Their Web site seems to suggest they would arrive within days. After 10 days I sent an email complaining they had not yet arrived. No response and I feared they were not going to arrive at all, but just as I was giving up, I had an email saying that they had been dispatched and they arrived within a couple of days, all seeds present and correct but two and a half weeks after order was submitted
The website is good, the seeds are economically packed in small polythene bags and clearly labelled and the prices are very competitive. If you are prepared to be patient, they are excellent value, but if you want quick service go elsewhere. I suspect orders are only dealt with when someone has spare minute to do it. Other times , their lives are too hectic so nothing gets done to fulfil your order.

Absolute shower! Took money, said items had shipped and nothing arrived. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got a refund.

Phone number is incorrect, email address doesnt get a response. Shocking! Avoid at all costs. There are a lot of places which sell seeds with great viability and price which actually respond to emails and have a working phone number.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Have used for several years now, seeds have always germinated and normally delivered within 7 days 😊
