Ordered a number of times and everything arrived perfectly and quite quickly. This time my order was missing 2 full packs of seeds and the others had fewer seeds than they should have. Consistently tried to contact them over the last few weeks and had no answer. Very frustrating. How can you just not send the items that were paid for and then not even have the courtesy to reply.

Ordered my items and then read the reviews and panicked.

However although dispatch was not as quick as some my seeds arrived in a timely fashion and are germinating beautifully. Too well in fact! As a novice gardener (haven't grown a thing since a sunflower at primary school) I planted loads of seeds and now wondering what to do with them when they're grown! The best kind of problem to have.

Due to previous reviews, I was reluctant to order from them. I went to garden centre and after comparing their prices, I decided to give it a go. I received my order today and, suspiciously count every pack of seed. To my surprise, they were all there lol. I can't comment on the quality of the seeds. PS Im not being paid for this review

Like many others (wish I'd read the reviews first) my order was underfilled drastically; furthermore, on planting the seeds, it became apparent that they dispatch any old seed and if it grows it's just good luck. Most don't or are too old to grow properly. In my opinion, a sheister. No response to my very polite email. Would never use again.

Don’t order anything from this company. Missing seeds from my order. And I’ve emailed everyday since and had no response. No refund and no replacement seeds sent.
Rude company that cannot be bothered to reply to their customers.

First things first I have to say that I have no connection with this Company.

The service received has been outstanding
I order the seeds on Friday 12th March 2021 and got an order confirmed email within 4 minutes.
I then got a email confirming order being processed and notification of postage email
on the following Tuesday .
And today the 19th the package arrived at 8.36am .
The seeds were well packed and in clear bags so easy to remove the seeds one by one.
Well done Seedparade ,will use again and again.

I have used Seed Parade for several years and I have never had anything other than good service from them. They arrive in good time and I like the no frills business. I am particularly fond of my herbs and would love to see that expanded

Ordered multiple type of seeds and the delivery came in around 2 to 3 days, impressed so far. I check my order and 1 seed packet is missing. I check the invoice just in case I didn't place that item in the basket but its on the invoice too. No problem, we are all humans, everyone makes mistakes but when I tried to contact them to send replacement, I don't get any response back even after multiple emails and from their website contact page. Customer service is non existent. Won't be using this company again.

Ordered on 2nd February, still waiting on 19th. No reply to emails.

I ordered some seeds for a total of £15.79 including p&p and paid by PayPal. However, I got an error code "Error in PayPal [10525] Invalid Data and told no payment had been made." I received no order confirmation and checked my PayPal account no payment had been made.

So, I order again using my card and Sage Pay, this time it went through and I got an email confirmation.
I contacted Seed Parade via their webform to notify them of the PayPal problem, I then got an email from PayPal telling me that a payment had been made! I then received two emails from Seed Parade telling me both orders had shipped!

I contacted them again sending 6 emails and two messages via their webform – NO REPLY
I have received the seeds paid for by Sage Pay but not those paid for by PAYPAL.

PayPal initially found that there had not been an unauthorised transaction but reviewed the matter and then decided that it was unauthorised and therefore no PayPal protection.

I phoned my bank who is going to recall a direct debit to PayPal although there is a charge for this service and warned me that I may be subject to further attack.

DO NOT USE PAYPAL!
Read up on ‘What Consumer’ says about not using PayPal. I also intend to report the matter to the Which Consumer Help Line who will automatically alert relevant Trading Standards Departments about this company. If you do use PayPal set payment to your bank debit card and not a bank account direct debit as you have a better chance of a chargeback.

UPDATE: My bank retrieved £15.79 from PayPal who then debited the same amount from my debit card!!!

I have formally complained to the Citizens Advice consumer Helpline who will give advise and also inform Trading Standards.

If you suspect Seed Parade criminal activity then under the guidelines laid down by Nominet then like me you can complain to the registrant who is TSOHOST. You can do it by online chat and ask for their report abuse web form. It is the webhost not the company that is the registrant!

I Bought a pack of 100 Mamouth onion seeds from Seedparade last summer, i sown them late Dec in all the right conditions, only one of the seeds germinated, that was bad enough, but seedparade could not even be bothered to reply to me when i informed them of this, they may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

First time ordering from this company as delivery times from some of the big players was really long. Seeds arrived in 4 days and nicely packed in sealed bags. Price is unbeatable - 13 seed packets for £16! Can't comment on germination rates, but all the reviews speak highly of this. Will order from them from now on.

Excellent service. I placed the order Friday morning and within an hour had an email to say they were dispatched. The seeds arrived Saturday morning. I ordered 15 packs of seeds and including postage they cost £15.19. I will definitely use seedparade again.

Ordered first batch of seeds for a friend's birthday. Some great varieties and prompt delivery. On the basis of this I ordered some more for myself. 17 packets of seeds for £20 or so including postage. Excellent value, again with some really unusual varieties. Ordered Friday morning, delivered through the post on Saturday morning. Shame some of the bigger firms with more resources don't offer such great value and service.

Items missing from order and no response to two separate emails. Will be getting in contact with trading standards. Avoid avoid avoid.

Seeds arrived OK, but one packet completely empty. No great deal I thought - I'll just email them, show the photo of what arrived, and they will sent a replacement. 4 emails later - no response. No way of contacting them by phone. Having looked at the website (spelling mistakes galore, no phone number etc) I assume these people must be rank amateurs. Dreadful, non-existent customer service. I wouldn't risk using them again. Pity.

I just received my seeds, and I'm over the moon with them :D
They're each packaged in a clean secure ziplock baggy, with a very clear label that says the name, amount of seeds, where they were sourced, the date the were packed and the date by which to sew them. Many of them good to keep until 2022.
This was my first experience buying seeds online and i'm more than delighted with what i've received.
When I found SeedParade I was excited by their selection, but before I finalised the purchase I checked for reviews on their product and service to make sure they were legit and found this page. Some of the recent reviews were quite scathing which I expected had been due to the current situation, as older reviews seem to be much better.
I do think it's understandable for the distributor to have experienced some hiccups trying to adjust to potentially more online demand than usual.
I expected some delay. I think it took 3 days before receiving email that the order was sent, & once dispatched the package arrived within 2 days.
It might not be possible to expect distribution in a typical time period, but in my experience, what you can expect are the exact seeds you order, in the quantities stated, and fresh.
From appearances, they look like very beautiful healthy seeds & I'll come back to do a review on them as I bring them up :)

Edit: I just noticed a review I saw posted here a couple of weeks ago, posted again just 8 hours ago. The title states 'product not received' and talks about having to go through a lot of trouble to get refunded. It advertises another plant distributors site in the comment.... I think that might be a fake review.

Update June 5th:
Of the 7 different varieties of seeds planted so far, 6 have come up in abundance, and one is typically slower to germinate so it still has a few more days to go.
Giving a further 5 stars for seed viability and success rate of germination. Very pleased with the results so far, thank you.

Cannot fathom those poor reviews. I found this firm during lockdown, so thought give it a try for a few lettuces and carrots. Ordered 5 varieties. Good value, even with postage, just over a tenner. Yes, they did take a long while to come, by Royal Mail, and I guess they were the problem, as three days after ordering, I had an email to say order despatched. Took over a week after that. Set my trays of seeds; I kid you not, 100% success, didn't expect that. Two seeds to a plug pot, EVERY one came through. Now, after a bit of a delay all three rows of carrots coming through too. No complaints, excellent service, and a great price. Will get some more!

Ordered with ease, arrived swiftly, and there's where the good experience stopped. Items missing from the order, I emailed, used the contact us section of their website on four occasions before emailing again re the matter. A month later and all communications are being ignored and I'm still out of pocket.
