Best customer service ever experienced
We ordered a canoe trolley, however on unpacking found it wasn’t quite the right item. We messaged via eBay and Jason responded almost instantly on a bank holiday and posted the correct item next day delivery free of charge. As a goodwill gesture they even asked me to keep the original item.
This is by far the best customer service I have ever received, online or in the shops.....my faith in mankind is restored.

I received two items which were faulty. I received a reply the same day and an offer of a refund or two tested items. I went for the refund and the same day was told that a refund had been applied to my account. This was incredible customer service. Apologetic, friendly and efficient. I ordered an item from this Company, via Amazon which arrived slightly damaged. I wrote a review concerning this, not expecting to hear any more. The Company took the trouble to contact me directly and could not do enough to rectify the situation, and immediately dispatched a replacement. I can't speak more highly of this Company as their Customer Service is excellent, and it is nice to find a Company that still takes a pride in the service that it delivers.
