After receiving the wrong package I sent images to prove this and was told I had to return at my cost !!! Was not my mistake , scamming company that won’t give good customer service . Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered an initial 1-ton sky hook to assess its dimensions and verify that it would fit over the shank I was connecting it to. Once I had confirmed that it fitted correctly, I ordered a second one. Unfortunately, this second item was a slightly different make/model and did not fit properly.

I contacted SecureFix, who immediately checked their inventory and found a matching model to the first one they had sent. The replacement was dispatched straight away and arrived just two days later.

Excellent customer service! It's never about whether mistakes or problems happen; it's all about how they are handled and resolved. SecureFix dealt with the issue quickly and professionally, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

do not use this company they are awful , ordered a ratchet strap 4/8/26 still not on site 13/8/26 , no phone number on site so emailed took them a day to respond and have done nothing , they say they have tried to deliver and sent a picture of a tarmac ed road ? really , no communication , non existant action and they have done nothing to solve the problem typical on line company that s why i stick to my on the ground regulars and only use on line companys when im desperate , will i get a refund probably not

Courier company (who shall remain nameless!) failed to deliver. Without any quibble or faffing, Securefix Direct immediately sent a replacement by alternative courier.
That is true customer service.

Bought my campervan hookup cable from this place, originally got lost by the courier but once I contacted these guys they sent me a replacement one straight away, goods are excellent value for money and brilliant quality items, communication was exemplary, really couldn’t ask more from an online retailer, I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone, 5* retailer

Fantastic customer service, went above and beyond my expectations.
Through no fault of SecureFix we had an issue with a Canal Lock key, the head with the tapered holes had been welded onto the handle back to front meaning it would not fit in the lock gate spigot. This was only discovered after 4 months but SecreFix did not quibble one bit and had a new one with me within 2 days. Superb service I will be using them for any future requirements 👍

Ordered caravan window capping through Amazon, unfortunately the wrong size was sent. I contacted them and they very quickly resolved the problem and told me I could keep the item wrongly sent. Shame not more companies operate in the same way! Highly recommend and very quick delivery too!

I bought a 3 way electric fence switch that failed after a short time but when I contacted them they sent a new one straight away, I didn't even need to return the faulty one so that's 5 star service as far as I'm concerned.

After the carrier Evri failed to respond to an enquiry. Securefix, without my asking, decided to ship a replacement item by an alternative and fast courier. Exceptional service in my experience.

I ordered an anchor rope and they sent me a cleaning brush instead

Evri let us down and failed to deliver the item
Sent a message to request a refund. They replied very quickly and were very apologetic and provided a refund promptly without fuss
Evri then delivered the item 10 days late which I informed securefix of and they were very kind in allowing me to keep the item anyway

Bought a Kayak in November 23 for a Christmas present and unfortunately only got to use this once due to a back injury. The plastic had no UV protection and cracked from the sun. Talking to customer service. The Kayak only has one years warranty from the manufacturer, a reasonable person would expect a solid kayak to last a lot longer.

I ordered a set of steps for my elderly parents caravan.

They didn’t arrive and I gave an apology from delivery agent EVRI saying the parcel missed the courier collection.

I requested a refund but the seller Securefix said it had been delivered despite my proof.

I have read good reviews about their products but HERMES/EVRI who deliver for them are dreadful and untruthful.

I don’t recommend purchasing from Securefix until they have a new delivery agent.

Dreadful experience and left £41 out of pocket :-(

Fitted door lock to motorhome.poor quality. Only locks over door. Does not lock in open position as it should. Lock has been bolted and screwed to motorhome. Company said return for refund.no offer of replacement, as holes in a 90k motorhome. Avoid. Poor product. Poor aftersales. Poor response alltogether. Avoid. Terrible.

Absolutely no response regarding delivery, no reply to emails, no reply to web chat,no reply to phone call, no reply to text !!!! a generous 1 star

Had a small issue regarding incorrect bolts - an easy mistake as the supplied items were very similar to the ordered items. Securefix rectified this immediately with no fuss. They are great to deal with and provide good old fashioned one to one personal service - no call centre nonesense with these guys. Would happily use them again. Derek J
