I Contacted the company concerning two pairs of new waterproof socks which leaked , fairly easy process to establish that they were faulty , took a few emails but experience was good enough . Once faulty socks were confirmed , instantly resolved which I was happy with . My experience was mostly dealt by Emily which was done in a very professional manner . Hopefully all good with my new replacement socks . “Good work Emily”

Customer service is excellent, the Post Office delivered my goods to the wrong address, and they were of little help, but the customer service department at SEALSKINZ was absolutely brilliant, and I'm delighted with the product. A good company to give your business to.

What more can I say other than the Sealsinz Customer Service Team goes above and beyond anything I have seen in decades to help/work with a customer and their concerns. They are beyond patient with prompt communication….always! They remind me of shopping with small town mom & pops businesses from the 1970’s and 1980’s. You just don’t find this kind of service anywhere anymore. If the customer service isn’t enough for you then the top notch products will just add to your experience. Great products! and even better customer service. Placed an order, the Help team reached out due to a problem with a couple items I ordered, instead of just cancelling those products from my order and calling it a day, they offered me the alternative colours that were not on sale. Easy ordering process. Placed an order late Saturday night and then saw I'd been provided with a welcome code giving me 10% off so contacted the customer support who kindly credited 10% back to my payment card without hesitation on Monday (first business day after my request). Unfortunately I had to return items - the gloves fitted small. I am usually UK 7 but medium was too tight. However, customer service was outstanding. Replied to my email within minutes, very helpful re return process and polite and kind.

I ordered a pair of Sealskinz Choseley…
I ordered a pair of Sealskinz Choseley wet shoes but the discount code I had been sent didn't work. Anyway, I sent an email to their Customer Service department and promptly received a reply. After answering a few questions over two more emails I was refunded the discount amount. I now have had delivery of the Choseley shoes, the 9.5 size fits perfectly and they look to be very good quality. Delighted customer just waiting to use them for paddle boarding and snorkeling on our upcoming holidays.

Ordered some socks for expedited delivery from UK to US. When the order was finally processed, the delivery date had been extended and I would not receive my order in time. Messaged the help desk and somehow they were able to get my order delivered before I left.
