Poor company
Poor company, made an order and it was sent incomplete due to out of stock items( although showing as in stock). Over a week later and and going in to a second week, they are still not committing to a date for delivery, completely messed up our working week and have had to order some from elsewhere. Not good enough

Hi Paul
Sorry about the delay on part of your order, did you not get the message we sent on the 20th (day of ordering) advising delays? It went to the email address on the account.
The Ac95 was delayed in the quantity ordered so we part shipped your order as advised in the message.
Production have been struggling with this product so we really appreciate your patience.
If you need sooner, then please let me know so i can arrange for the box to be refunded for you.

Express Service
I live locally to this firm and find not only their prices below a number of larger competitors, their delivery is brilliant even for small orders that are usually delivered with an hour or two or by the end of the day.

I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions. The service I have received was always spot on with an attention to detail second to none from professional staff who know what they are doing to make sure my delivery is received as requested. Shipping has been made to me in Turkey and received exactly within the timescale I was advised. Five star service and will definitely use them again. Excellent service - catered for my needs amazingly
I phoned up around mid-day and whoever it was I spoke to was very helpful in helping me choose the correct product and advising of lead times. I then phoned up at around 15.30 asking if it was possible to get delivery by Monday and she advised me if I placed it there and then it would get to me in time…I placed the order and 8 mins after the confirmation email came through, another email came through confirming it was dispatched. They upgraded me to Saturday delivery free of charge. Would absolutely recommend and use again.
