Excellent customer service
Placed an order on the 31st December and received items in good time considering the situation with freight in the country.
All questions were answered by Matt within an hour of emailing. Would recommend to anyone.

Hello
Sorry about the delay on this order, i hope you have now received our reply on email and we have past details to PayPal to arrange refund on this occasion. The delay in response was due to your email going to the incorrect address and our phone lines closed from 31st during the New Year bank holidays. so sorry it’s taken this long to get this sorted for you.

Superb service
I was let down for Clearfix by another supplier - waited five weeks, chased several times but no goods, ordered from Sealantsandtoolsdirect, advised within 24 hours that goods had been dispatched and they duly arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Excellent services, lovely people, highly recommend particularly during current conditions. Amazing and will certainly use again.

Good afternoon Lady Buchan,
I am so pleased we managed to dispatch your order in time for the courier to process delivery. There are so many delays throughout the UK network at the moment, so its nice to hear our efforts have paid off this close to the Christmas break.
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact Jolene or Lucy on the sales team.

AVOID. Placed an order with items in stock. Received an email saying been despatched. Never received the items. Phoned to chase only to be told no stock available and they had left a message and emailed me which is both false. The items still show in stock as well. AVOID

So sorry for this issue, unfortunately we had the wrong product in the picking bay so we were unable to dispatch. On this occasion, we do except it was our error and i cannot apologise enough.
The refund was completed early this week so it should have cleared by now.
If you want to discuss further, please let me know and i will call you personally.
Thanks again for your understanding

Liquid DPM faulty container
Paid almost £90 for a liquid DPM only for it to arrive and to open the box to find the container with a hole in the bottom and half the liquid seeped out and solidified, was barely enough left to complete the room it was purchased for.

Good price and good product
Good price and good product. However it is pretty unusual these days to have to chase the supplier to receive the product you've paid for....to be fair, the goods were delivered quickly after I emailed Matt direct. Several emails to the generic address were ignored.

Terrific service and product.
I required some chrome paint, to touch up a shower plug drain and subsequently selected Sealants & Tools as they appeared to have the correct paint.
Two days later the product arrived, professionally wrapped and they had even taken the trouble to tape the lid of the paint pot, to prevent spillage. Coincidentally, a previous order from a different source, arrived with paint all over the parcel.
The chrome paint was easy to supply and glistens from my shower tray!
What an absolute pleasure dealing with these people!

Very poor service - incredibly slow
Placed an order for 48 hour tracked delivery which their email said would take 2 to 5 working days. After 5 days and no parcel and royal mail unable to track, I rang them. I was assured it was on its way and should be with me by Tuesday (another 2 days not counting weekend). I had ordered other items from other companies AFTER this and they had already arrived I said that I would cancel if it was not for the fact it was already en route, I was told I could indeed cancel, they would just remove from the palette. He failed to see that this meant that they hadn't posted it! Complete failure in terms of delivery and very poor customer service. Another company will deliver the same item tomorrow for the same postage cost. Would not use again and certainly would not recommend.
