We had a great time with Nathan at your Plymouth branch. He was very helpful and not at all pushy to grab the sale. From only popping in to get some ideas and suggestions on a new sofa bed within an hour we’d walked out with the deal done on our perfect solution. Nathan is a real credit to your company.

We found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The Plymouth store is easy to get to and parking is also easy.

Bed Settee needed urgently for apartment. Although a very long wait for bed settee to be delivered the delivery men were wonderful and I am pleased with the quality of the item. Russell and Simon were very caring about not damaging walls etc showed be how bed pulled in and out. Very professional and kind.

Overall it was a good experience. Helpful staff.
Biggest down side was right at the end when told the delivery cost which was £119. I thought that this was excessive.
I think that all shops like this should show the delivery cost so that it is added to the total cost before purchasing. Especially if on a tight budget

Both Russell and Simon who delivered our armchair and poof are an asset to the team. They were extremely professional, careful regarding my property and both a delight to deal with. They worked extremely efficiently getting everything in within minutes. Thank you!

We were shown how the prices are displayed by Mimmi and told about the different types of seat cushions and then left alone to look at all the sofas we wanted to, without any pressure on any particular style. Then when we had chosen a sofa, Mimmi was on hand to explain everything and make it easy for us to fully decide and complete the purchase. This made it all very pleasant and I would recommend this store to anyone.

I visited the Plymouth store with very specific requirements. The staff there (Saturday 4Jan) were super helpful and although I visited other stores I ended up going back to SCS because the quality of the furniture, service and attention to detail were second to none. I am looking forward to receiving my new sofas.

Jack the salesperson was most helpful and very considerate while giving us time to have a thorough review of all suitable items that were in stock.It was most pleasing that at no time did we feel under any pressure to make a quick decision and when we were ready he was happy to discuss all the various options.The contract process was conducted with the minimum of fuss although it was discovered at a later date that our email address was entered incorrectly which gave us a small problem on following up to obtain additional information.Now we just have to wait for the items to be delivered and positioned in our home

Worst customer service i have ever received in my life
shocking to think a company of this size has no customer skills what so ever, me and my wife would recommend you never visit the SCS Plymouth Store.

Firstly I must praise the deputy manager of the SCS Plymstock branch, namely Helen. On my first visit to the store she welcomed me and listened to the list of what I need in a sofa which are very specific. Helen showed me 5 sofas, all of which I liked but Helen advised me that with a couple of sofas, there wasn’t enough support for my legs. In the end I decided to bring my daughter with me to give her opinion. Unfortunately it was around 7 weeks before she was free to come to the store. Helen immediately recognised me and remembered my particular requirements which to me is impressive. There was no hard sell involved and she gave me as much time as I needed to get the order right. With my daughter’s input and Helen’s professional experience and advice I know I’ve ordered the right sofa for me. I can’t wait to get the new sofa in my home. Thank you very much Helen.

After months of searching for a new sofa, we visited ScS in Plymouth, and met “Jack” the salesman. What an asset he is to the company! Very knowledgeable, experienced and was able to steer us in the right direction of what we actually wanted to buy. Visited the store today to buy a sofa. Had seen one online but after trying them and with some advice from Jack, the salesman, we chose a different one. Jack was very knowledgable - and able to answer all my boyfriends question (he asked lots!) and we left the store very happy. Lovely staff, a nicely presented showroom and all costs and t&cs were clearly explained. Would highly recommend.

I was kept informed of my delivery, and received a call to say I was next. A big shout out to the two delivery men , Dai and Scott .They were on time , friendly and professional. They had my new sofa unwrapped, in position and all rubbish removed in less than 20 minutes. Great job !!
