I didn't get a prompt that my glasses were in store, I had to ring in; if I had missed it a reminder would have been nice!
The glasses were just handed to me, I had to request that they were adjusted, to which your staff member somewhat reluctantly agreed too.
Everything seemed to be a little too much trouble

My experience is always excellent. Very helpful staff for both the eyes and the ears. They are always great.

We have always had a great service. I've used them for years now. Always on time. Lovely ladies, they are very friendly, polite, and professional. It has always been great when I bring my children in. Entertaining them with some colouring sheets and pens, and having a chat with them. Very welcoming and warm environment.The only opticians I plan to go to. Would always recommend

Having lost my glasses on holiday I found the replacement experience at Quinton helpful and empathetic to my situation. I was able to reorder the same frame as I previously had and was advised of the additional insurance service I could take if this happened again. They were ready in 9 days.

Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Im so glad I went to scrivens instead of my usual place. I totally recommend scrivens in bedminster. My glasses are wonderful, I can actually wear these, much better that my previous ones. Give scrivens in bedminster a go, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic service from Scrivens as always! I’ve been a customer of theirs for 35 years since I was 9 years old, back in the days when it used to be known as Ronald Brown and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye test. Friendly, warm, approachable and knowledgeable through and through!

Went there for a sight test. Upon recieving my new prescription, and getting my existing glasses made up with new lenses, I felt something wasn't right. I got a second opinion from another optician in the area to find that the original one from scrivens was incorrect. I explained this to them and their customer service was utterly appalling from this point on. Call backs never happening, rude customer service representatives, to be concluded with them basically telling me to get lost. This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with from a customer service point of view. Absolute joke. I actively tell all of my friends and family, in fact anyone who wears glasses to go elsewhere. It's amazing that we live in a world where they made a mistake and I took the brunt of it.

I love my new glasses. Having my eyes assessed as I had had a nasty fall and scratched my old glasses I couldn’t have had better treatment. The optician was very concerned for me and took great care to look at everything and the young lady receptionist was also very helpful, spending a lot of time to make sure I had everything I needed. First class Scrivens, thank you.

The staff at the Driffield branch are extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was very organised and the optician was thorough. Because my eyes had not altered much it was left up to me as to whether I wanted new glasses, as the difference would be minimal.
Very pleased with the service and will definitely keep going there.
