On time and a very professional and comprehensive eye test. I was very impressed.

I received a very thorough eye test and the optician spoke throughout of any findings.
Choosing new frames and talking through the various lens options was helpful with Helen. Subsequently, my prescribed glasses were delivered and fitted earlier than expected.

I have been going to Scrivens in Barnsley for a number of years for both glasses and hearing aids. Recently I needed new glasses and as always the staff were welcoming and informative about the options available when I was choosing my glasses. They also stock a wide range of frames. It took only 8 days from ordering to delivery of the glasses and I am really pleased with them.

Recently had an eye test in Ripley shop, staff were professional and Lisa was really nice as usual

From start to finish I found the staff excellent in Mildenhall the shop I was made to feel at ease, the service I received was excellent I now have my Glasses and I am very happy with them.

First visit to Barnsley branch. Staff very friendly and offer sound advice. Was told it takes 3 weeks approximately to get my glasses. It took a week and a half. 5 stars.

The staff are friendly, polite and helpful, my glasses were ready quickly and are absolutely fine.
