Scott Dunn Recenzje

My initial experience with Scott Dunn this morning was really disappointing. I submitted an enquiry for a special occasion trip with a healthy budget and was expecting a personalised, expert consultation. Instead, the call felt rushed and uninterested. The consultant didn't ask any inquisitive questions about what I was looking for, didn't take any meaningful details and offered very little information about the country I wanted to visit.

I came away feeling like they simply didn't care about my enquiry. Given the lack of engagement and effort, I'll be taking my trip elsewhere.

Scott Dunn have helped me plan the most wonderful holidays across the world. They work actively to listen to your needs and come up with some amazing ideas of things to do and places to visit. I will definitely continue using them for more adventures.

It seems cliche' to say trip of a lifetime but this was the trip of a lifetime. With a general outline of our interests and no idea what Greece had to offer, Scott Dunn built a multi-island adventure that gave us a new surprise every day culminating with a private boating and sunset dinner experience in the caldera of Santorini. We keep asking ourselves what was our favorite part, Athens and its history, Sifnos and it's laid back feel, Milos and its beaches, Santorini and the food and wine. They were all different and I don't think we can pick a winner. Scott Dunns experience showed and every event went on time and without a hitch. We were celebrating 35 years of marriage and this trip will be one we never stop talking about.

My wife and I travelled through China and Tibet on a trip curated and organised by Rikki Poynton, with tour guides from Wild China.

Everything worked perfectly and we had the most wonderful time - thank you Rikki and everyone involved

Magical Time!

Scott Dunn (specifically Jess, our agent) helped us plan the best honeymoon trip in Vietnam! We had the best guides, the best activities, the best accommodations, and they helped us through all the travel anxieties! Would recommend them 100% and will be using them for our next trips!

It was two weeks of not needing to use my brain! Which is a Glorious experience!
Everything was taken care of. Communication was constant.
People we worked with were knowledgeable, kind, helpful.
I always felt safe, taken care of, and prepared for our experience.
I cannot say enough about how magical our 2 weeks in Italy were!

We were very pleased with the planning and execution of the trip.
Communication was always prompt and personal, including on the ground.
The lodgings and tours in Cape Town and on safari were excellent.

Another great holiday thanks to Scott Dunn and this time, Rikki and Hayley. Their strength is their in-country knowledge and the quality of their local partners, drivers and guides. They pay particular attention to understanding what makes a great holiday for you and work out ways to deliver it.

They also have a set up that allows them to help sort out delays and problems, once with a trip to Ecuador with a missed connection in New York and a delayed overnight in Panama; this time by organising a meet and greet to steer us through immigration and security in Kathmandu, after Turkish Airlines a week before our trip pushed the flight back by 30 minutes risking too short a transfer time for the onward flight to Bhutan.

Would highly recommend Scott Dunn to anyone looking to go away for a holiday, more particularly something as special as a honeymoon.
We picked Scott Dunn and were so amazed by their service, communication and dedication to making our beautiful honeymoon the best experience ever. Ellis and Olivia particularly were always on hand for any questions and queries we had. They handled everything and we had absolutely nothing to worry about.
The Scott Dunn app was also very important during the lead up and whilst being away as it works offline so we had all the details and documents to hand at all times.
Amazing experience and would definitely use them again!

Just came home to another great holiday organised by Scott Dunn! Every detail looked after, and made us feel so special and cared for. I don't remember how many holidays they have booked for us, but it's been a lot. I keep going back to them because going to a foreign country with four young children in tow has never been so easy! This time we dared to go further afield to Asia.

Thank you for looking after us.

The staff were all amazing and our adventure much enjoyed. We are grateful to Millie for all her support in planning g this trip
What could have been improved on for our trip was more details on the Aqua Mekong which was a great experience and crew .
Facilities which was not forthcoming in the brief sent which would have been extremely helpful prior to departure
1. There is a lovely spa on board which when
asked was told there was none !
2 Extra daily gratuities expected and amount on board
3 A bonus free laundry daily facilities
4 Last day excursion in Phom Penn which would not have made us booked same after disembarking at extra cost

A better knowledgeable brief is important for planning

Otherwise a memorable experience very well organized. Thank you to all for giving us special family time It was good to know we had a reliable company watching over us

We had an incredible trip to Africa which was thoroughly organised by the SD team. We could not have planned such a complex trip without the help of Olivia, Sarah & team. A huge thank you and we can't wait for our next trip soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful trip to Bhutan organised by Rikki of Scott Dunn. It was exceptionally well organised and exceeded our expectations.

First class experience booking our family trip to Athens with Peter at Scott Dunn. Peter listened to exactly what we wanted and more than delivered.

Grace and Sabina arranged every detail of our bucket list trip to see the Northern Lights. We started the trip in Stockholm at the amazing Grand Hotel- a wonderful start with just enough time to get to know a little about the city, the people, the fabulous food and the culture. Then on to the Logger's Lodge in northern Sweden. This was the pen-ultimate place to be. The owners arranged every detail of our stay personally and we experienced the magic of Swedish Lapland seeing the Northern Lights every night! On our return we spent a few days in Denmark. The food is excellent for foodies, and thanks to Sabina’s help, we were able to dine every night in a new and amazing Michelin star restaurant. Everything on the trip went as planned and there were no hiccups along the way. We give credit to Grace who was always available to listen and assist in planning this most extraordinary trip.

This is our second trip with Scott Dunn and once again a superb experience. Hannah Mackie helped us with our itinerary and she went out of her way to understand what was important to us and to accommodate the different members of our group - cooks and gardeners. We went on 3 different excursions and all 3 were highlights - from the orchard garden to the food markets. We had the most brilliant guide, Anthony, who was so passionate about his country, nothing was too much trouble. He was insightful and knowledgeable and made Singapore come alive for us. With both my trips with Scott Dunn the guides they use are top class and make all the difference to your trip. We stayed in the Fullerton Bay which was absolutely lovely and our airport transfers and tour excursions were always on time, well communicated and seamless. I really cannot recommend Scott Dunn highly enough, they make travel a pleasure with their insider knowledge and the care they show to their clients. Thank you Hannah!

Incredible holiday. Third trip booked with Scott Dunn. These guys really do know how to deliver. They use exceptional ground teams who are capable of dealing with any eventuality as I found out. Very impressive guides too. No complaints from me. I had a fabulous holiday. Thank you to James, Olivia and Hayley.

Our holiday experience was excellent. Scott Dunn organised everything, kept in touch with us and made changes as requested. The itinerary was well thought out and we were escorted, driven and guided every day. The guides were excellent, as were the drivers. They booked some restaurants for us, and they were all very good. Our holiday was stress-free as everything was already sorted out for us.

We recently went to Nepal and Bhutan with Score Dunn. The trip they put together was amazing and perfectly structured. The night before we were due to leave war broke out in Iran and our flight via Qatar was cancelled but Scott Dunn managed to move our flights with hardly any notice and we went via Istanbul. Fabulous service.
All the guides they use are incredibly experienced and friendly. We have used SD for a few trips now and will do so again when venturing out of Europe as they put together unique holiday experiences for you using very informed people who know each country well.
