Started quite good but then ..

Started quite good, items ordered and dispatched.
That's where is all went wrong, DPD claim they could not find my home even though they had been the previous week. My package was then set to go to a DPD shop for pick up the next day. It never arrived, it took 3 more days to arrive, by that time I cancelled the order.

Scammer Website, i never received my order and i call to the contact number 01162200200 but never answer the phone and i sent email only bot answer my email, no way to get back my money

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. They refer all support enquiries to their email, which they entirely ignore.

I now have a SIM I have paid for but cannot use so if they continue to ignore me I will have no option but to issue a County Court Summons to get my cash back.

This is a great company

This is a great company. I ordered a sim that dpd lost but they sent a replacement the very next day with no questions. And I could talk to a person very quickly. I've bought several sim cards from them and all have worked well.

Great product at a great price but…

Great product at a great price but getting charged for delivery for an email with a QR code in it seems a bit odd?!

Couldn't get mine to work

Bought a three esim data SIM which I couldn't get working. Would connect ok but within a few mins would disconnect and not connect again so multiple emails back and forth with scancom they sent me replacements which were exactly the same so either not compatible with my phone (honor 200 pro) or my settings are set up wrong. Anyway they could offer no solution and I gave up on it. Support ticket #984337 order number #12467.

From what you’ve described, it may be a compatibility issue with the Honor 200 Pro or a device-specific setting preventing the eSIM from staying connected. NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Purchased internet only SIM for nine months with a TP LINK router .
It’s great when it works but when there are problems, CUSTOMER SERVICES IIGNORE YOU
LOOKS LIKE WASTED LOTS OF MONEY I CAN ILL AFFIRD

Two SIMs in a row unusable, extremely slow speeds & no 5G

I’ve now tried two separate EE Unlimited Data SIMs from Scancom and both came with the same issue: extremely slow speeds (often under 1 Mbps) and only connecting to 4G, despite the product being advertised as 5G and EE showing good coverage in my postcode. Tested across multiple devices and routers, including 5G-capable models, with no improvement.

I reached out for support with evidence (screenshots, speed tests, router network status), but received no working solution or explanation as to why the SIMs were performing so poorly.

If you’re expecting reliable 5G or anything close to normal broadband performance, this was unfortunately not my experience.

We have used Scancom for a few years…

We have used Scancom for a few years now for our internet at home using a 5g Router. The speed is much better than a landline contract, the cost is also less than half that of any other fixed line deal. All in all we love the service and would happily recommend to anyone. Also great for when we are away as we take it with us. Just started our new EE data sim for the next 23 months. A real bargain :)

Great Customer Service

Customer service was excellent. Had an issue with a sim (network problem, not Scancoms) and as the network had said it could take upto 5 working days to resolve, so Scancom just sent a replacement which arrived next day. Thanks to Keshi!

Great deal no contract

I have used scancom for a few year and have about 4 different cards they all work well from 3GB to 1000GB cards 1 payment no con or contract just a good deal
