Worked fine for a month
Purchased 4 x 1000gb 3 network sim cards, they have now stopped working, had them just over a month. Should refresh for 18 months.
£360 down the pan.
Bought a new £300 router thinking mine was the problem, obviously it isn't.
Not a happy chap, no TV, no CCTV and no Hive.

All was well until delivery
All was well until delivery. The driver claimed to have called at the agreed time, while I was in the house and failed to deliver.
After sending messages etc, the item arrived following day on time.

Value for money.
After initial issues with the delivery company recording that it hadn't received the item, of which i am not sure where the process fell down, the support team refunded the delivery fees and the product was delivered to the new timescales that they had advised on time.
While unfortunate this wouldn't stop me from recommending Scancom to others or using again myself.
Overall despite the hiccup I am happy with the purchase and the support received and especially the value for money.

Value for money
Great value for money, did i 'need' it? Probably not but good to have. One concerning issue I had after inserting SIM, I started receiving messages from someone chasing an unpaid debt! Thankfully it stopped after a few days!
(EDIT: That Scancom actually reply quickly and in context to their reviews demonstrates that they care about their business and customers. Thank you!)
