NOT GOOD!
First visit from a so-called "specialist" was farcical. A young lad, new to this company, with no experience of working on a saniflo compact ( even though the company had been previously informed of this item) left within minutes of arriving, and no work was carried out. He openly admitted to not knowing anything about this sanifo product! I later received a call from Pete who persuaded me to try again with another of their workmen.
A second visit 5 days later by one of their so-called more "experienced" workmen resulted in a jubilee clip being removed, and an attempt to use a large Henry hoover-type machine to remove any blockages (which there wasn't!). A 5 minute call followed (he said to the office) in order to get advice as to what might be the cause of the problem. The advice was that it's an old saniflo and it needed replacing. This, I was told the company could do for £1230- even though I knew that a new saniflo compact could be bought for under £600 on the net, and a local plumber had originally quoted me £130 to fit it.
After the so-called engineer left, I noticed a few patches of grease on the vinyl floor which I attempted to clean. This was difficult, and my attempts with water and soap just spread it. My wife then used white spirit, and although this initially seemed to clean it, the thinned- down grease residue somehow penetrated the vinyl and left it discoloured.
Had the equipment brought into the room been clean, this would never have happened ! Although our attempts to remove the grease had made matters a lot worse (therefore we have to take some responsibility) the company refused to accept their part in this. Now in addition to their costly service charge, I will have to pay for new vinyl !!
I notice that this company has received numerous good reviews, but I truly fail to see why? I can only think that they, with their industrial vacuum machine, are able to unblock toilets efficiently- but any problems requiring technical expertise is beyond their capability.
I would definitely not recommend this company!

Our local engineer Craig came out to a problem with my unit. He identified and rectified the problem. He Cleaned the pumps and the sensors and checked everything was in good order. The most impressive thing for me, was that he showed me what was wrong and explained in layman’s terms the issue and what he had done to resolve it and future tips for monitoring the unit. Absolutely excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Been using these guys for about 5 years and have been happy with what they did. Things went wrong as can happen with water and it gets resolved.
Not any more!
Had my annual service, no issues with the unit or anything its connected to.
This lot came out , left used soiled parts in my sink, didn't seal the toilet back and now the dirty water is flowing back into the shower tray.
Now been hit with a bill which was never agreed to!
Used to recommend these alot but never ever again!

Tom a brilliant guy, sorted the problem,serviced the unit, always professional, highly recommend.

Great service! From booking online to Craig coming round to do the service. Friendly and efficient service with a smile and great advice on how to look after the unit going forward. Highly recommended

Tom who serviced our Saniflo units was excellent. He arrived on time, was pleasant and did the service tidily and efficiently.

Just had my first annual service with Saniflow today. My engineer was Tom and he was great ! He was very punctual and clean and very courteous to me. I found the whole experience of using this company very good with excellent communication giving a two hour window and then 60 mins notice which was very helpful.

Our second time using Saniflo Specialists. Always very professional and knowledgeable, quick to come out, on time and quick to fix the issues. A bit on the pricey side but they really know their stuff, would recommend.

The third plumber to come over, not fix the problem while charging a ridiculous call out fee. In my line of work, if you don't know how to do something, you find someone who can but clearly that level of customer service is lost on Saniflo specialists.

At my wits end with cowboy plumbers doing the bare minimum and leaving you out of pocket and mopping up their dirty footprints.
You're better off using your money for a plumbing degree.

Firstly they responded as the first company started a text chat with all info about the problem, then disappeared.
So Olivia was a great relief, great communication and got the job sorted. Very happy with the engineer, so helpful. Definitely will use again

after trying unsuccessfully with some other repairers, I found Saniflo specialists.co.uk and from the first contact with Olivia, using WhatsApp (which was ideal by the way), I felt reassured that this company was genuine and also effective.
I was surprised to be offered next day Service, and I was kept informed of the time window which was really helpful.
when Craig and his colleague arrived, they very clearly explained my options, of repair or unit replacement.
I was relieved when they were able to repair rather than replace the unit, and very quickly too.
They then gave me a comprehensive repair report, complete with photos.
Overall, absolutely delighted with the whole experience.

From booking to engineer finishing job was a first rate experience, continually kept informed via text and email of process. Engineer arrived on time at the earliest of the time slot, was very polite. Work was efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Great job, highly recommend.

A very professional outfit. Olivia dealt with my call and got an engineer out to us for the date and time slot we needed. The engineer (Jordan Hughes) got in touch when he was on his way and waited patiently to be let in when a work emergency meant we weren’t there. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. A detailed report (with before and after photos) and invoice was provided by email straight away. I’m so impressed and have opted for their maintenance plan for peace of mind in future.

Craig has saved our life again and fixed the pump for the shower in time for the weekend . He’s literally the best service provider and so friendly and patient . He takes all the embarrassment out of embarrassing fixes

Excellent communication from the moment I contacted them. Kept me updated throughout on times and how far away they were. Quick call out times for an engineer. Fixed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend
