From the first phone call to the engineer fitting the unit, it was seemless. Fantastic customer service and great engineer.

The engineer, Craig, was excellent. He quickly identified the problem we had and talked me through the options available in a very clear and helpful way. When he had finished he cleaned up and left our bathroom spotless. Excellent job all round.

We were given a quick appointment. The engineer arrived at time arranged.The problem was diagnosed and sorted quickly by a very pleasant engineer.

Toilet stopped working on Saturday, made an request that same evening and had a call out booked for early Monday.

Craig Peck came out and did a fantastic job. Everything was explained clearly in regards to whether I receive warranty, the costs, aftercare and payment.

Job was done in no time and place was left tidy. After having the original toilet done by another company, I will definitely stick to Saniflow moving forward. The difference in professionalism and service is highly noticeable.

Saniflo was in the house when we moved in 8 years ago, started to not fully empty and show signs of failing. With no idea of how old the unit was or what was wrong I trusted saniflo specialists and was delighted with their service. All sorted in an hour and working perfectly.

Absolutely fantastic, from booking a call out to being kept informed of a time of arrival of the engineer.

I called Saniflo in after I had asked PlumbingForce to look at my macerator which was making an odd noise. The PlumbingForce engineer said it was an ‘old unit’ and that the ‘motor and bushes’ were worn out. They then quoted £1700 to replace it. The next day the Saniflo engineer told me that the macerator was only four years old and the issue was a blocked wet wipe. We he fixed in 5 minutes. He was friendly and very professional and only cost me £140. Quite a savings. Good guys or crooks, the choice is yours.

Excellent service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saniflo Specialists. Ethan the engineer arrived when expected and fixed the issue promptly. We inherited the macerator with our new house and were provided very little information. He gave us lots of us useful tips and advice on how to care for it in the future. We will be using them for futures services.

We called them out as our toilet was making an awful noise & not draining properly.
