Today I visited SO5 in Brooklyn, NY at 850 3rd Ave.
Chris was a one in a million employee. I absolutely appreciated all of his help. His knowledge and friendliness made the visit pleasant and enjoyable. All companies should aspire to hire people like him!!

Bal Harbour is amazing for its shops and restaurants. However, I was disappointed by the rudeness of the Chanel manager at Saks Fifth Avenue. She embarrassed me in front of my daughter when I asked for a sample. My mother and I have been Chanel clients for years and did not expect such treatment.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Saks Fifth Avenue. I ordered two pairs of sandals online in different sizes for my son's wedding. When they arrived, both pairs appeared slightly used. Despite this, I tried them on briefly and then immediately returned them within the 30-day return policy, including a note explaining the condition in which I received them.

To my dismay, customer service refused to accept the return, claiming the shoes appeared worn. I reached out to customer support and even contacted members of their leadership team (Marc Metrick, John Antonini, and RJ Cilley) but received no responses except from customer service, who maintained their refusal to process my return.

This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially from a retailer with Saks Fifth Avenue's reputation. I am now left with used sandals that I did not wear, and my issue remains unresolved. I plan to take this matter to small claims court but wanted to share my experience to warn others about potential issues when purchasing from Saks Fifth Avenue.

I hope Saks Fifth Avenue reconsiders their policies and improves their customer service practices. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered two gifts for my wife's 60th birthday and when the package arrived, it only had one item. I contacted SAKS right away and as told to send them pictures of the package and the item which I did promptly. After a day of filing my complaint, SAKS contacted me via email informing me that my claim has been denied. I contacted SAKS again and asked them the type of investigation they did to verify if both items were shipped and talked to a representative about the type of investigation done to reject the claim and she could not provide any answer other than a scripted response that the claim was denied. So basically SAKS called me a liar without providing any proof that both items were indeed shipped. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company whose representative was much more friendlier than the one from SAKS. I will NEVER again give my business to SAKS or recommend it to my friends and family. Just wanted to share my bad experience with the community and my advice is to not order anything online and if you do, record the opening of the package and ensure you have all the items ordered because if you run into an issue like I did, good luck getting SAKS to correct their mistake.

Unfortunately it appears this retailers has fallen off a cliff based on the number of bad reviews. Today I visited the North Scottsdale location to try and exchange a gift I got. The item was never worn, all tags including the stores actual price tag. The store manage named Will scanned the item and it came up no problem. Then he proceeded to ask me for a receipt/gift receipt this I didn't have. He then said we can't do anything for you sorry. We called there customer service number and they said the same thing. I highly recommend not doing business with this company as they do not offer bare minimum customer service and there are just too many excellent retailers out there that do. Good ridden.

I ordered a Ferragamo watch Gacino 22.5m Gold Tone Stainless Steel Case worth 378 dollars on June 02. Today, on June 11, l received a package with no watch, and the package was sealed. This is fraud. I called American Express to ask them to cancel the transaction and they said they are investigating. But, how can Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, go away with such fraud. If you are anyone facing the same issue please let us connect and sue this company for advertising false information about items and then not deliver what they state a customer is paying for. I am going to sue your company unless someone reaches out to me to rectify this problem.

For starters the Items wasn't delivered on time. Out of the 3 items that I ordered I only received one never received the other two. I order a floral baseball hat, print short sleeve button down and a 2-pack of Hugo Boss logo socks that total out to a
$108. They told me that I can reorder my merchandise, but I had to pay a $50 Restocking fee for two items that I never received in the first place. When I call to complain that I never received my other items they hassle me about taking pictures of the surrounded area around my mailbox so that they could Start an investigation. After waiting almost 2 weeks for an answer they denied my claim without giving any reason for why they did. After this horrible experience I deleted the app and I told customer service that they should be ashamed for heaven so many disappointed customers! To simplify the Is story and to avoid an headache order and shop somewhere else because you won't receive your merchandise and you also will get denied when calling to complain about it!

Bought a Versace watch for $700 as a birthday gift for my boyfriend online at SaksOFF5TH and it was delivered by CDL Delivery. I was never notified by the delivery (no text, email, call, doorbell ring, NOTHING) and the package was left outside in the street by the apartment door with no notification. The estimated delivery date was 5/16/2024 but ended up being delivered on 5/13/2024 while I was in class. The package OF COURSE got stolen and after several frustrating messages of going back and forth with them, they refused to give me a refund because it was "delivered" and had a picture of proof of delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY/THINGS STOLEN. This was such a waste of time and money.

I bought a birthday gift and they said it was delivered but the photo they sent me as “proof” was not the same color of our door and definitely was sent to a wrong place, I filed a claim but they refused to give me a refund. Such a horrible experience. DON’T BUY!!!!

I don't recommend buying from the Saks off 5th online store.
I am a former customer who was frustrated by that company's terrible customer service.
In the last purchase, I made several orders with various items.
One is missing. I made the claim and they practically made fun of me.
They told me that they were not wrong about the shipments and that they trusted their warehouses..
That is, they told me that I am a liar and that I don't deserve credit.
Summary: In addition to being disappointed, and feeling scammed, I feel that Saks Off 5Th has lost the essence of excellence and respect for customers.
If you don't want to feel disappointed and robbed, don't buy from the Saks Off 5th online store.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had in my 43 years on this earth buying something online. This was a shirt for my son's birthday. I purchased the shirt, stating it would be delivered on 4-12. Not only did it never get delivered, but when I called customer service, I was informed the shirt was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said they could not do a refund since the transaction was in pending status with the bank. So for a month and half Saks Off 5th charges my debit card the amount of the shirt price, once it drops off pending status with bank. So basically for a month and a half Saks Off 5th has been keeping my money in a repeated cycle of charging and dropping the charge only to charge it again. My bank cannot block them because the charge stays in pending status but still holds my money. I had to change my debit card to get out of this cycle. Huge inconvenience!!! This has been a complete nightmare and never again.

I order white Valentino slides. Then send me the slides with no box, like who does that. Very disappointing, then gonna offer 10% give me my damn top. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.

I ordered a dress on April 18 and it never came. The post office said it was delivered on the 24th, but my mailbox is locked and I never saw it. The tracking information is inaccurate and it is May without any answer. The company said they would investigate and refund, but now refuses to refund me and I have lost my money. Do not buy from this company and I won't be going to their store ever again.

Bought a bottle of Creed Aventus cologne as a gift for my husband, his favorite to replace one running low. He goes to finally use it and it’s been switched with some awful old man scent! It’s as good as trash. Sake wouldn’t return or even offer a discount on a new one since it’s outside of their ridiculous return policy. Buy from literally anywhere else! They’re out here selling fake products and charging people $400+.

Bad delivery package.
I bought a burberry shirt.
When i recieved it, I was so disappointed.
I was squeez in a tiny plastic bag and the shirt was so wrinkled. Not feel luxury at all.

Do not buy from this company. The site has posted false information and is openly violating the rights of consumers. This action is a crime, and this company must be held accountable by the law. I bought shoes from BOSS, unfortunately I it was worn shoe.

I ordered some products, jacket, jeans, T-shirt sweater, and I needed them there priority shipping which I asked to pay for I eventually called customer service and told them I’m about to place an order, but I am going to be moving. I need to make sure this gets to me within 3 to 4 days so they told me to pay for priority two day shipping and it would be there. They didn’t even ship the items for four days. I had already moved, I told them I’ve moved now. Need to cancel my order. You didn’t do what I paid you to do. They told me not to worry and that the package will be returned to them and they will give me a refund. They have been telling me now since January after two cases have been opened , here’s my order number 120917735
That it was delivered even though not on the timeline I paid for and that is not their fault and I’m pretty much have to pound sand. What a horrible experience I paid and called to confirm that two day priority shipping at my expense would make it to me within four days. They didn’t even ship it until I moved. I called them numerous times to cancel the order. This company is BS and I’m out nearly $400.

I ordered an item on 3/25 from off 5th. Item was marked delivered on 3/26. I was at work when item was delivered. When I reached the apartment complex nothing was at my front door nor the neighbors doors from across me or to my side. I checked my complex clubhouse and emailed a staff member asking if they received any package on my behalf. I was told no. I immediately contacted off 5th to inform them I’d not received my item. That’s when the representative provided me with a tracking number and who it was delivered with. She opened a case and told me the investigation would take 3-10 business days. Now if a delivery information doesn’t provide proof of delivery nor states the location of where the package was left how do you tell a customer their case was denied because it was marked delivered and you will not provide a refund or replacement. Immediately called them on 4/3 when the claim was denied only to be told they would submit another claim and within a few hours someone called me to tell me they would be denying the claim. What off 5th is doing is theft/fraud. I was also advised by them to contact my local authorities. How does one get the local authorities involved if I did not see anyone steal my package. I even told them your delivery company may have delivered it to the wrong address, that’s not impossible. I provided my correspondence with ontrac who was unable to provide me with proof of delivery and informed me to contact my merchant and closed my case with them, provided pictures of my complex, email with staff member at complex verifying they did not receive any package and yet still off 5th is insisting it was delivered.
I do not recommend anyone shopping with them although they are a big company. They lack customer service and they are very insensitive. They lost a long time customer who have spent over thousands of dollars over $99.

I ordered a pair of wedding shoes for my daughter to Croatia/Europe. The size guide said that a US size 11 was equal to an EU size 41, but this is not true. US size 11 must be at least EU 43 or 44, which means that the shoes were way too big. We were very disappointed because the shoes were really beautiful. The website indicates that one should contact their customer service for international returns, however I sent them two emails and haven't received any reply from them in two weeks. The customer service is beyond disgraceful for a reputable company, do not buy anything from them unless you are 100% sure that you will be able to keep the item.
