Overpriced junk. Ordering is a pita

They sent less quantity for what I ordered. I contacted them and they refused to take any responsibility. The shipment is supposed to send 9 polos but only received 8. I send them a proof of picture taken for what I received. What I should do?

1.2 Stars is way too high. Made an order and was not
received. Order was unilaterally cancelled a week later without notice. Could not be replaced as out of stock.
On line system to trace did not work because the system did not recognize order number. Called and
was basically told "sorry" how about free shipping next time. Of course the item was discounted over $600.00

Asked to speak to manager and was left on indefinite
hold. These are high end products and the lack of
service is unbelievable.

Saks 5th has become a store that no-one should use. After making an online purchase and sending back the item within 36 hours of receipt, Saks has a policy of not refunding your purchase for 30 days. They use your money to run their business. And then ever worse, they try to keep you money in the company by sending you a credit which must be used instead of sending the credit back to your credit card. Saks is a crook!!!!!

WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CHEATING COMPANY ANYMORE...

I'm a customer more than 6 years.. and I missed my package few days ago and I called them that my package is missing/not delivered by carrier..
I thought they will refund me. I used my rewards to complete my amount..
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAID....???????????
..... THEY SAID DECLINED REFUND WITH THE REASON BEING THAT IT WAS CONFIRMED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED...!!!!!!!!
The delivery is not my responsibility...
The company has a deal with the carrier. And both of them are responsible to deliver the package as well as to the customers..
THIS IS COMPANY REPUTATION..
I paid to get my order.. not paid to cheating companies or stealers in those companies.
Really I was in shock 😲 because they declined refund my amount and rewards.. MY TOTAL AMOUNT IT WAS LESS THAN $13 ..
REALLY I WAS SURPRISED.. BIG COMPANY CAN NOT REFUND LESS THAN $13 ..?????????
For me I don't care if they refund it or not.. it's not big deal..

The other problem.. the company hiring customer service representatives from other cultures/ countries.. I don't understand them clearly..
Most of them from India or Pakistan or Nepal..
All my respect to them... I'm talking about languages, slangs. They talking English with their languages sounds. This is very hard to understanding what they saying...!!!
That bad experience I will not purchase from SAKSOFF5TH anymore .. The employees in this company always canceling the customers orders by online when the customers get good deal with luxury and demand brands on clearance..
After when the customers purchased. The employees how responsible on customer orders by online to cancel it under the pretext of its unavailability..

Should from the owners to investigate with their employees how responsibilities on customers orders by online why they canceling the orders under big clearance with top and demand brands ONLY.....?

So.... Don't waste your money and time.. trust me..

they sent me a wrong item and then said they will refund me only if i send it back. I had also paid for shipping, they said after i ship it back they will refund me

Then i got an email of my refund amount which didnt include $10 shipping.. I talked to customer support again for 10-15 mins and they said ignore the email i will be refunded

I got another email when the item reached the warehouse the i will get refunded an amount without shipping.. Again i spoke to them for 10 mins and they said ignore the email

many months later, i check my statement, and these bas***ds have not refunded my shipping.. btw this happened on 2 orders.. So 20$ for nothing and a wrong item.. I will NEVER shop from this garbage website. Be careful they are frauds and scams

Ordered gold and diamond earrings- received fake gold and fake diamonds. Contacted customer service and was told to return them- but they claimed they never received them. So I opened a claim with Paypal- suddenly they magically found them, and then they accused me of sending back fake products. So I contacted them again. They assured me if i sent them back again I would receive my refund- but once again they are refusing my return and sending them back. Absolute scam. I would *never* buy from them and will warn everyone else as well.

Warning on this Company. Called about a pair of earrings I purchased and wore 3 times and one of the earrings is defective They told me since I threw away the packaging there was nothing that they can do. I told them I didn’t want my money back but wanted to exchange for another pair. Stated nothing they can do. I guess I have to eat an expensive pair of earrings. Do not buy from this company. Nothing but issues.

Received an email stating my return had been received and that the refund could take up to five business days. 16 business days later, still no refund. Called customer service. I was told refund would be credited within next two days. Two days later received an email stating that “there was a problem with their internal department”. Still waiting for a refund

This was the worst experience I ever had .I was shopped at store in Woodstock.Store manager was very disrespectful and rude.

Shoes didn’t fit & I returned them, took 16 business days to get refund.

I was sent totally items from what I had ordered and it has over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund, customer support has done nothing to help. The worst customer experience ever!

I ordered a dress from Saks. I wore it ONCE. The zipper and its components fell off. The dress was in my size and slightly loose. I chatted with Saks and they advised that I can return the item for a refund as the item is defective. It’s been a month since returning and literally no refund. I have. Jarred with Saks so many times and they keep “opening a case” I went in Reddit and see that this is a common occurrence where Saks will keep delaying the return until it’s too late and then return the item. Beware of these scammers

My card got skimmed at The Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta on 18/7/24. Looking back, it should have been obvious, but I was busy apologizing my card wouldn't scan.

Terrible store, shipping and customer service

Why would you use a courier service that delivers on a national holiday? Why are your chat agents allowed to use emojis in customer conversations? I would have paid for shipping to avoid having to deal with your awful third party shipper Veho that is insisting that since the order is being delivered on a holiday it is best to return it to sender instead of redelivering. This makes me reconsider ever shopping with you all again. The same glasses that I get from your company I can get from Nordstrom Rack. I may pay more--but at least it'll be delivered on a business day and not a national holiday.

Sent the wrong item and make me pay to return it. Waste of time and money doing business with them.
