The store refused to accept a return for a defective item, even though their policy says defective items ARE returnable. Extremely rude employee. Waiting for corporate response.

It has been more than a month since my order and it hasn’t been shipped yet… I contacted borderfree as well who Said the problem was on your side. How to proceed to get a refund and be done with all of that?

They didn't deliver my item and refused to refund. When I disputed through the credit card company, they claimed I picked up the item from USPS, which is ludicrous and totally made up.

I have been a customer of them for a while because they have good products a good programs like free shipping and extra sales after you buy a certain amount. They way their resolution person reacted to an undelivered item it so petty, unpleasant and ridiculous I will never shop there again. I don't receive and dress customer service say they will credit me and then changes their mind. I dispute through paypal tell them I got no tracking number and no conformation email. A snarly little troll at saks send me the ups conformation which isn't my house. I send them proof it isn't my house and this troll doubles down and say ups said it was so it was. ridiculous

They are by far the worst store I've ever shopped at. They sold products they didn't even have, and far from making up for their mistake, they even delivered you a totally different product (in case you want to keep something you didn't want). Then, they didn't do anything to promptly return you money or compensate for the inconvenience they caused. They could made you go to the post office/store to return the wrong item they sent you before processing the refund, not to mention the time you wasted while I chose and paid for a product they didn't have in stock. Anyone can make a mistake, but with them, it's been mistake after mistake, blunder after blunder. Terrible inventory, terrible after-sales service.

Disappointed with Saks OFF 5TH Quality & Response
I’ve been a loyal Saks OFF 5TH rewards member for years, but I’m disappointed by the quality and service I recently experienced. A pair of sandals
I purchased broke after just one month of light use — hardly what you’d expect from a premium retailer. I reached out to customer service for help but have yet to receive a fair resolution. I don’t buy sandals for one month of wear, and I hope Saks OFF 5TH stands behind its products and values loyal customers.

horrible we were two weeks off there return and they would not take it it was horrible the custom service was bad they were all so grumpy.

Can't agree more with people. I had 2 certificates to use from a class action. Put them in and they were accepted online only to find out that they didn't apply them. When I called India Customer service it was basically, too bad, you did it wrong, try again, we can't apply them after the fact. I am a long-time Saks customer (not just off 5th) and will be cancelling my card today after 30+ years! Awful customer service. And if this is a call center that is farmed out-shame on you.

This is a scam, the company is untrustworthy. They sell expensive products and never send them out for delivery, and when you attempt to contact them they tell you to wait and they are “investigating”. Leaving customer service to go unanswered. They refuse to take accountability, and take advantage of people who are trying to do honest business. I am strongly recommending to avoid this company in all costs, save your money and use it somewhere trustworthy. This company should have legal actions to taking amoungest them, as this is just not fair.

I ordered an Eton Dress Shirt a month ago on their website. They usually arrive perfectly folded with original pins etc. This one arrived crumpled in a plastic bag with a stain on the back shoulder, obviously had been returned. I returned it. A few weeks later, I ordered another Eton shirt on line as they always get new stock. Incredibly they shipped me the same shirt in the same crumpled bag with the stain still on the bag. You would think they would have taken the shirt out of circulation....but noooooo. These guys have some serious customer and logistics issues

I bought a Sherpa jacket a little over a year ago. The lining inside is separating at the seems because the material is thin. Very disappointed in the quality. I called customer service and the best they could do was give me 15% back. In order to do that I had to send photos and wait to fill out paperwork. $115 Andrew Marc jacket. I will never buy a product from them that they don’t stand behind. I took to a seamstress and they would not attempt to fix because they said it would happen again.

They have a screwed up return policy and says it can take up to 30 days. And I’m like but you received my money in a matter of seconds this is crazy. I will never order from them again and their customer service does suck and you can’t ever speak to someone on the US. I wish I had read rev before ordering. Never again

Warning to all shoppers – Saks Off 5th is a scam. They take back returned items but refuse to issue refunds. This has already happened to me twice. Their customer service is a complete joke – supervisors make empty promises and never follow up. Do not waste your money or trust this company. They are dishonest and unreliable.
I expected a higher level of professionalism from a company of this scale.

Processing orders take a ridiculously long time. I have had items take 5 days to ship. I have ordered things been charged and then not received because they were out of stock. I’ve had things delivered with missing items and then have had to battle to get refunded. Their outsourced customer service is pathetic.

Purchased a 1k + set of earings via Saks Off online. Saks delivered to a local Anaheim FedX office, which confirmed receipt. 3 + weeks later after 5 calls to Saks customer service. Say they can only do an investigation which could take another 10 days. Fed x obviously lost the package And never went out for delivery. . So Saks says i will need to purchase another ring or wait until this gets resolved. The customer call service based in India Has no authority to do anything. . Atrocious senior management at Saks to allow and make these policies Obvious on their consistent "1" rating.

This website is the biggest scam in the world. They advertise products they don't have. I tried to order a Canali suit twice that they said was available. Both time they charged my credit card and then cancelled my order within three days saying it was not available and out of stock. I could have purchased it from another retailer who had the suit but I lost that ability because the other retailer had sold the suit while I sat around waiting for Saks to waste my time.

I order often through Saks website. Average about 1500 a year through credit card for past few years and received a destroyed package that had obviously been opened and resealed and 4 out of 5 of the items were still in there. I have never complained before nor should be on some habitual renter list.

There was a pair of sunglasses or should I say the box for them included with the four other items but the sunglasses themselves. (60 bucks) were missing . Figured being a regular customer and the minute it came to the door we brought it in and took pictures of box and missing item. Here is there response . I immediately returned the email asking for clarification on what their investigation consisted of . No response. Wife called back and they are reinvesting. Classic deny and hope people go away.

I am extremely frustrated with how my order has been handled. My first pair of shoes arrived damaged, and I spent over two hours on the phone with different representatives trying to arrange an even exchange. Instead, I was told I had to reorder and return the damaged pair, which I reluctantly agreed to.

The replacement order was even worse — it arrived late, in the wrong size, and clearly worn. I placed my first order on August 13, which arrived late, and the second pair didn’t come until September 2. After waiting all this time, I still don’t have the shoes I needed for my upcoming event.

I even agreed to keep the shoes if I was given a 50% discount, but I was only offered 15%, later raised to 20%. After all the inconvenience and wasted time, that is not acceptable. Saks Off 5th has lost my business, and I am very disappointed in how such a large company could make these mistakes and offer so little resolution. What a shame.

Made an order. After 2 weeks of trying to follow up with the company having not received the product I was advised the product had been sold, and my order cancelled. When I enquired with their customer service as to why I wasn't notified, they tried to tell me I has been advised. There was not record of this in emails or through 'order status' on their site. Very poor/non existent customer service. Don't waste your time.

I only rate this 1 star because I have to. Sent back an item. I waited over a month with no credit. I finally reached out to PayPal. I used to pay for item. They contacted Off 5th and within a few days they sent me a gift card. I really wanted a credit on my account. I decided to accept and move on. This occurred the end of May. Two weeks ago I tried to use the credit and found it had no dollars on the card they sent me.
Mean while I contacted them and have not received a reissue of the credit. I am totally disgusted with this company. Do not buy from them they are rip offs.
