Audi Service in Name Only
I left my car with this service center over a month ago and still have no clear information about when it will be returned. Communication has been extremely poor throughout the process.
Most of the time, nobody answers the phone. When I do manage to reach someone, I'm told that a note will be left and that someone will call me back, but that never happens. Despite keeping my car for such a long period, they have refused to provide a replacement vehicle and cannot give any realistic estimate for completion.
The only explanation I have received is that they are waiting for a part and that they have too much work. One employee even told me that some customers wait up to three months. More recently, delays were blamed on the Marbella Feria, even though my car had already been at the workshop for over a month before the event.
Delays can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. This is not the level of service I would expect from an Audi service center.
