I ordered a pair of trainers 5 days ago and they have arrived today. I was very nervous as I read the reviews but had no dramas at all.

I think everyone is to used to the convenience of next day delivery that when it comes to orders taking longer it puts us on edge.

I haven't returned anything so I am only speaking from experience of placing an order.

So very concerned about this company. Purchased some items this weekend. Realised that although I used their address picker, it removed part of my address. Have tried very very hard to contact them, they do not answer the phone nor are they responding to my emails. Looks like the £100 I have used to purchase my items may be lost as this package will be sent to the wrong address now. Furious!! Be very careful with this lot, im not saying they are dodgy but there is no way to contact them in need, and thats big worry sign

Unfortunately, whilst the order was promptly delivered, I had to return one item, and even though the return was delivered on 9th May, I am still waiting for my refund, almost two months later. It has been incredibly difficult getting anyone to reply to my many requests, although it seems the returns are centralised to England before being sent back to their warehouse in Germany. But no one can tell me whether this has indeed been delivered to their German HQ or when the refund will be provided. Whether intentional or not, it is unbelievably disappointing and ever so disrespectful - I am resigned of having lost those £30+ they owe me, thankfully it was not more than that - either way, they do not care in the slightest.

I ordered a pair of Topo Athletic shoes from running point and received them a week after ordering them. That's pretty acceptable for shipping from Germany to the UK. Comms and shipment tracking all good. Can't comment on how the returns experience would be. But my experience was very smooth.

Long delivery times. And even worse, they recieved my return 23rd May, and I'm still waiting on my refund. I have contacted them 4 time with no response!

Huge SCAM company!! Ordered a Nike 1/4 Zip top and received an order number and tracking number. Tracking number doesn't exist on the company site. No email reply and no one answers the phone.

Avoid at ALL cost. Do NOT use!!

Ordered a pair of Nike Wildhorse 7 on line having looked all over for a mens size UK13. Some reviews made me wonder but I went for it. Ordered on Saturday night delivered following Thursday, UK delivery is GLS (Parcelforce) Can't fault the service or the item itself. Thankyou. 😊

Ordered my Nike Pegasus for a good price.... well it would be a good price if I received them. Tracking is showing that they attempted delivery on 27/1 but I was in and no one attempted delivery. It is now showing that they are at 'a post office' but I received no tracking information / note through the door or anything to say which post office and I have nothing to collect them with even if I did know where they were. Have had no email updates from the company since saying that they have been dispatched. Have emailed the company twice and spent AGES on hold with no response to any communications. Complete SCAM ARTISTS.

Bought Novablast 3 for the price I couldn’t find anywhere in the UK. Placed order on Sunday and received my shoes on Friday. Plenty of emails on progress of delivery. Can’t fault running-point in any way. Great price, fast shipping(bear in mind they are located in Germany), good comms. 5 stars from me and I shall be ordering from them again in future when needed if price will be as good. Thank you!

Ordered shoes on Saturday. Delivered to remote Scottish address today (Thursday). Perfect shoe, awesome price. Don't be put off by confirmation emails - business based in Germany and obviously English is a second language for whoever writes them. Will definitely come back for future purchases.

I ordered my ASICS in the sale and then went onto read the reviews and started to regret the order after all the negative reviews . I have to say it was a quick and easy transaction, I was updated all along and given a tracking order . My trainers were delivered today and so glad I made the order . No problems whatsoever and love my new trainers

My wife paid for these trainers for my Christmas. Payment has been taken but the trainers have not been delivered, although we received an email stating that they have been delivered. We have since tried to contact the company and have received no reply. Please avoid these scam artists like the plague.

Totally useless. Failed to deliver my headphones then wasted weeks failing to respond to emails and giving me the wrong advice. Avoid this company.

Legit! excellent service. I ordered trainers from Google and saw running Point was by far cheaper. started to read reviews and saw some mixed ones about this being a scam. i took my chances. Well i ordered Thursday evening and immediately got emails and tracking. When the parcel arrived in the UK i was notified (Monday) An email said its arriving Tuesday with a tracking number from the courier. At this point i thought it was a scam and i had been done in. Low and behold my parcel arrived Tuesday. Fantastic service i will def be ordering again!

I was sceptical having ordered from them given the bad reviews. I normally check before I order things so was worried I may not recieve the trainers I ordered. However, I emailed them and they returned emails, and although initial contact re delivery was what made me check them out, my goods
arrived within a week, and were exactly what I ordered. So all in all a great experience.

Same bad experience as previous reviewers. Placed my order on 21 Nov, marked as shipped on 22 Nov. 10 working days later no sign of the delivery and no updates. Sent 2 emails to customer services for update and no reply. My advice is, use another retailer.

Website identifies 3-6 working days for delivery, placed order on 18.11.22, dispatched on 21.11.22, now 8 working days and still not received goods, no update, no idea when I will receive goods. When contacted them they did not know where or when I would receive them. No apology given. First time I have used Runningpoint and would not use this service again.

Well, I'm pleasantly surprised, I ordered some running shoes and they were shipped from Germany and delivered within 3 days with great comms all the way, they even sent you a tracking number. If I'm honest I had alarm bells ringing when I received emails after the order as the English pronunciation wasn't great, grammar issues and it got me slightly worried thinking it may be a scam but... don't let that put you off. Note: for Running Point - get your English translation sorted out as it may put some customers off, great service overall though many thanks !!

The site is great and the product I purchased was far cheaper than many of the UK running shops I would usually go to (50%).
The only part I didn't like was the courier. I had a notification telling me that my order would 'probably be delivered today' on Saturday, the order arrived on Monday. the courier's app wouldn't allow me to re-schedule.
So all in all, great value, great product, courier service could be better. but overall worth it for the savings made.

Quick delivery from Germany (be aware this is where your purchases will be sent from). Running shoes ordered and arrived well within a week and everything was easily tracked with regular updates. Was a bit concerned at other online reviews which were very mixed to be honest…. but my experience was first class. Good price and goods exactly as described. Very happy and almost certainly will use this company again.
