We moved to a new build property with Rowland Homes last week. From the moment we walked into the Marketing Suite to the collection of the keys we were looked after by Jordan Ross at Levens View in Ulverston he talked to us about our needs and suggested the types of property that would suit us. He guided us through the reservation process the selection of estate agents, potential solicitors and the optional extras to enhance our home. The whole process from reservation to moving in took about two months. The house is fabulous and the support of the Rowland Team and particularly “Jordan” has been exceptional.

Excellent house, excellent site, excellent support. Shout out to Jordan the sales executive who helped me every step of the way and provided first class customer service. He is wonderful. Any issues that inevitably arise are dealt with quickly & effectively by the site team. Thank you to all at Rowland for a great experience buying one of their stylish homes.

We bought a house at Levens View and Jordan was our main contact throughout. Jordan guided us throughout the process and kept us fully informed along the way of any details or updates to ensure that buying our house went smoothly. Jordan was friendly, always available to answer any of our numerous questions and ensured that what could have been a long process went without issues. Having never purchased a new build before, we found Jordan's wealth of knowledge incredible and he was able to also guide us through working with the solicitors and the paperwork required.

Our first experience of Rowland homes was a visit to the Jubilee gardens show homes in Euxton,
We were very impressed with the different styles available and the actual build quality of the homes. We looked at other builders within a 10 mile radius but none of them came anywhere near to the homes on offer at the Rowland homes in Euxton.
We went back a few weeks later to reserve our home, Stephen was excellent very helpful and made the experience of buying a Rowland home so easy and kept us informed throughout the whole process from initial deposit to completion.
Luke and sam the builders site managers did a fantastic job of sorting the few snags we found very promptly and very professionally, they are a great team at Rowland and have made our whole experience a very memorable one, thanks team Rowland you are the best.

We moved in to our Rowland Home at Jubilee Gardens, Euxton, 5 weeks ago now and are over the moon with everything!
Our experience started with Stephen in the sales office. He could not have been any more helpful or friendly if he tried. Our move was particularly stressful due to issues in the chain but Stephen did everything he could to ensure we did not lose the house and nothing was too much trouble.
On moving day, Sam, one of the site managers came to make sure everything was OK and from that point on Luke has looked after us. Luke has provided an exceptional service too. He's text us every week to make sure everything has been OK, let us know when he was on holiday and alternative arrangements and made sure our snags were sorted promptly and when I say snags, they were minimal. We are blown away with the quality and general finish of the house. If you are reading this and thinking of moving to this site I'm sure you will not regret it. The area is lovely, the houses are fab and the service outstanding.

We are delighted to share our experience after moving into our new home in Jubilee Gardens. The entire process has been seamless, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff. A special shout-out to Stephen, who was instrumental throughout our journey, making everything significantly easier for us.

Additionally, Luke and his team have been incredibly supportive as we settled in. They responded promptly to any issues we encountered and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

My experience so far with Rowland homes has been great.

It begun from the sales office where I met Stephen, he made my experience stress free. This is because of how passionate he is about his job. He ensured that everything went according to plan and the process, beginning from when we reserved our home till the completion stage was nothing short of amazing.

Stephen then handed us over to Luke, who is one of the site mangers. He has been extremely helpful and gone the extra mile when required. He took full responsibility and ensured that all our snugs were taken care of. There have been times where he has sent us text messages to check up on us just to make sure that everything is ok.

Luke's site team have also been very helpful and passionate about their work.

Both people are just a breeze of fresh air, I would highly recommend Rowland homes Euxton, Chorley

We are currently buying a property with Rowland homes in Euxton. Stephen is amazing and the customer service from him has been exceptional. If I have a question or a problem, Stephen has responded promptly and professionally. Overall my experience with Rowland to date has been outstanding and I cannot wait to move in our new home before Christmas.

After a week in to our new home that we reserved in February, we love it. We can’t thank Stephen enough for all the help through what can only be described as a massively testing 6 months, he has gone above and beyond and stood by us all the way. The initial stage of the buying process with Rowland (Jubilee Gardens, Euxton) wasn’t great, mainly related to head office and the way in which they managed our part exchange. However, other than that the rest of the team have been incredible. Stephen the sales manager has always been helpful and answered any questions we have had. Luke has been amazing, whenever we have a problem he is always able to fix it for us and nothing seems too much trouble. His team are also very friendly and approachable, which is testament to the way in which the site managers lead. We are so glad we went with Rowland and we would recommend them with no hesitation.

Yet again rowland homes never fail to disappoint after saying for weeks that the surrounding areas would be taken care off they came in for one day did a terrible job of cutting the grass and I when I say terrible they only did half no hedges no picking up the brick that have been left but I suppose they can say they have been in there eyes. They have left the mud path and the grass that is overgrown in front of our house.

We reserved our forever home at Jubilee Gardens. Unfortunately due to the wet UK weather our build was delayed and no fault of Rowland. Sam, the site manager told us that she would deliver a quality home which she did and we love it! Throughout the buying process, Stephen the Sales Executive kept us fully updated and he should be commended on his friendly and professional approach. Finally the assistant site manager Luke ensured that our snagging list was rectified very promptly and he followed up to ensure the work had been completed to our satisfaction. Overall, we were very impressed and Sam, Stephen, Luke and the entire team are assets to Rowland Homes. Well done and thank you.

We opted for a new build as we have recently retired and wanted to future proof our home. We chose Rowland “Jubilee Gardens” at Euxton as we loved the location and the exclusive feel of the development. We have been in our new home 5 weeks now and have been impressed with the service we have received. Everyone on site has been so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Luke, who works with Sam, site Manager, he has checked in with us on a regular basis and has actioned the few minor little issues extremely promptly. He has been a “Star”. Also, Stephen, the Sales Negotiator, who has been amazing and Chris who drives the big machinery! Always a friendly hello! We are happy with our new home and would recommend anyone to purchase a Rowland home, we are so glad we did. Thank you Rowland!

We have just moved onto Richmond Point and what a fantastic journey it has been. Having previously lived in a new build we were a little sceptical as our previous experience was not great but Rowland Homes have got it right.
The team of Emma, Mark and Lucy worked hard with us whilst on the journey to exchange and then onto completion. The home introduction prior to moving with Pete the site manager was so welcoming and informative, nothing has been too much trouble. The flowers and card waiting for us when we moved in really made it special. We are equally impressed with the quality of build and the focus to make everything as right as it possibly can be. So thankyou for making our forever home a reality.

Rowland Homes have been very understanding when I came to moving our Early Bird reservation from one site to another. Stephen could not of been more helpful, efficient and reassuring after our change in circumstances meant our original reservation was now the wrong place for us to make our home.

Absolutely love our new Rowland home! We've had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Sean has been amazing checking in with us since we've moved in and making sure everything is right.

Having bought a few new homes over the years from different builders, I can honestly say that the experience we have had from Rowlands has been the best.
