Very poor courier service and company policy
It's almost a month, I ordered an item and haven't received it. The company does not issue a refund, till their logistics partner does not resolve the issue. Not sure why I as a customer should have to wait for this resolution, since I placed an order with Rosae Paris not their logistics partner.

High quality of clothing and great customer service
I ordered a suede jacket. Shipping took about a week and I was told that Rosae was working out how to make sure I receive my order soon given the new US tariffs and customs regulations. Delivery indeed was fast, I didn’t have to pay for tariffs or wait for the item to clear the customs! Really appreciate how Rosae resolved all these issues before shipping the item. The jacket itself is wonderful quality and great fit. It has a lining making it easy to put on and take off, and it keeps shape. It’s also so soft and looks luxurious. I’ll get a lot of wear out of it.

Déçue de la qualité
Globalement, les produits sont de qualité et bien coupés.
Néanmoins, je dois admettre avoir été déçu par deux deux produits : dernièrement, j'ai acheté une blouse (août 2025). En septembre, alors que j'en ai pris soin, elle s'est déchirée (hors couture) et n'est donc pas récupérable : pour une blouse à 200€, on attends une qualité supérieure.

Vous avez en effet acheté le 22 Juillet 2025 la blouse Le Pascal (160 euros) - il s’agit d’une blouse en voile de coton et soie, matière aussi luxueuse que délicate, et qui demande par conséquent le plus grand soin dans son entretien.

Wtf sizing
I ordered boots and some clothes. They sent me boots one sized 38 and other size 36! I don’t understand how such mistake can even happen… When I complained saying I ordered the boots for an event, can’t they organize express delivery for the right size, they replied that only standard delivery is an option for me, so in a result I lost my time, money for some weeks, and also respect for this company.

Customer Service is extremely poor.
They sent my item to the wrong address & then once sent to correct address, they gave an incorrect code for customs resulting in a customs fee of $380. Extremely unresponsive and made no efforts to fix this issue. It’s been dragging on for over a month.

Thank you for your review and again, our apologies on the matter.
You order was actually sent to the correct address but unfortunately, DHL did not respect their contract and tried to collect taxes when we specifically sent the package duties paid.
I don't believe you are being fair when calling us unresponsive, as we always responded to your emails and apologized again for the wait, as we were struggling to find our bearings due to the new and sudden new USA tariffs. Despite our best efforts to maintain shipping to the US (whereas other brands simply chose not to), we had a bit of a rough start but we are getting there. You have since been refunded of your order of course.
We remain at your disposal should you have any questions.

Parfait, tant au niveau de la qualité, design et coupe des vêtements que le service client.
Je trouve parfois que la livraison est lente car ne suis excitée de recevoir mes pièces mais je comprends leur démarche.
Ne vous étonnez pas, parfois le remboursement prend du temps mais il arrive toujours.

Thuis is not my first purchase on this website. I love the style and the quality of the garments. If it is not a preorder the parcel arrives extremely quickly and well put together and it really feels a treat for myself opening the package. Unfortunately I am wearing a big size and not all the designs would fit my body otherwise I would choose also dresses and some of their lovely shirts. Thanks!

Very happy with Rosaé
Very happy with Rosaé, beautiful clothing with amazing design and high quality and the cherry on top of the cake: they don’t sacrifice to the stupid trend to fit small so as to render their clothing exclusive or whatever. I usually wear size 36-38 and with Rosaé I can truly buy 36, sometimes even 34. Go on with the quality, guys, your brand is great!
