I ordered a first aid kit and it arrived in a couple of days. It was well packaged and was competitively priced.
I can't fault the service at all.

First of all, my credit card was charged immediatelly after I placed the order - that was on Thursday. The item was in stock, yet it was only dispatched on Tuesday - despite the shop's online chat agent confirming it would go out on Monday and despite her telling me that normally it would go out on Friday.

I was supposed to receive an e-mail notification about shipping. I only received one after I left the message (it became impossible to reach them and the online chat option disappeared) on their phone that I still have no shipping notification mail. The one appeared just minutes after the call.

The "fast" delivery took 4 days since alleged shipping date - I received my rucksack on Saturday. 6 working days after ordering an item in stock and paying for fast delivery.

The luxury sleeping mat was priced at the lowest possible. Communication and delivery was fast and excellent. This organisation cares about customer care and quality of service.

Would recommend to friends, family and anyone who knows me.

First time I have used Rock & Rescue and I have to say excellent service and speedy delivery

It took around 10 days for the order to arrive despite saying on the website it was in stock. I didn't have a particularly negative experience since I didn't call - but it wasn't that positive either - I received an email saying the item had been despatched after a few days and it still took another week to arrive! Reading other people's orders, seems as though they need to work on their supply chain...

Despite this, I'm still quite happy - I ordered a Deuter bike rucksack and am very pleased with it - great quality and useful extras.

I received the package very quickly. Good value for money.
I believe that the rock and rescue shop/website provides the best quality products for good price.
I bought a Deuter sleeping bag Trek Lite 250SQ, I'm happy with my purchase and recommend everybody the rock and rescue shop.

All good - took 4 days to receive product, but this had been indicated earlier.

Product was showing as in stock but it took almost a week to be dispatched. On the other hand the price was good and when I called to chase the order I did at least get straight through to someone who was helpful.

Received Item within a few days of ordering, and price was even better. I will be using again, as going on a camping trip.

Rock and Rescue were great, I would - and have - recommeded them to anyone. I needed some Ortlieb cycle panniers for a cycle touring trip I was going on. I was really busy and away a lot just before the trip, and unfortunately the pannier purchasing got left until the last minute. Finally I called Rock and Rescue as I was in the middle of nowhere with no internet, they took my payment over the phone and posted the panniers straight away. They arrived in time and the trip was great...not sure what I would have done without them.

We ordered 2 ski jackets and 2 pairs of ski trousers. One of the pairs of trousers wern't in stock so they refunded us straight away. We then received one of the Jackets which was slightly different than to what was on their website BUT they gave us some discount even though it was still a very good jacket and it was actually Salomon's fault not theirs.
After a couple more days of waiting for the rest to come I spoke to them on their chat website and they said they were still awaiting delivery their end. So they gave us a refund straight away after I said I wanted to cancel the order. They have a good website and very competative prices and all of the staff are really friendly.

I have had a similar experience to others where I was told repeatedly that my item was in stock and being delivered and after many phone calls I discovered it had never arrived from the supplier. I left phone messages that were unanswered and was unable to get the trousers I had ordered in time for my planned holiday (over six weeks after the order had originally been placed. THERE WEBSITE DOES NOT REFLECT THE STOCK THEY HAVE IN!! I would never order from them again.

We ordered a Ortlieb Pannier and we received within a few days.

My father-in-law ordered a ski jacket for my wife before Christmas which was never delivered. After about 6 weeks the money was refunded, but only after a lot of phone calls and emails. The excuse was that they didn't have a blue one in stock (odd, since we ordered black). I guess this company isn't genuinely trading, but there is some hope for those of you waiting for your money back. You can find their address in the on-line Company House records if you need it, and it appears in other reviews on this site.

Despite repeatedly trying to call and email this company they have yet to get back to me or answer the phone. Very frustrating.
