Identified the product I wanted and searched the web for the best deal, which led me to R&R.

A seamless ordering process was followed in a couple of days by delivery of the product (as described) through my letter box negating any requirement to collect from a remote carrier's depot or P.O. sorting office as with many online deliveries of lesser value.

Great service; no issues.

It took 10 days to receive a small knife that I paid £4 for postage, not acceptable with todays standards of online shopping, will not use again.


In reply to their comment, I was did not receive the package, it took 10 days to dispatch, so the delivery company had nothing to do with it.

Offered cheapest option on shopping for a climbing harness.

Unfortunately this is reflected by a complete lack of communication both automated and following enquiry about my order, then incredibly slow delivery times; weeks and weeks.

Would avoid.

From my research, Rock and rescue worked out the cheapest, and included free delivery, which made it a no-brainer. Great service, and will use again on future :-)

Despite lots of contact with Rock and Rescue to confirm the product that I was ordering fitted my bike trailer even though I was assured it would fit it did not, all in all a very disapointing experience.

Ordered over £300 worth of items. I received NO correspondence as to why nothing had arrived a week later.... Then began a dreadful experience of missing and damaged items, promised refunds, lies about dispatched items, ignored emails, etc etc etc. Plus no one EVER answers the phone!

They have the best prices out there but clearly carry little stock which allows for such competitive pricing. I don't have a problem with this but at least they should inform their customers of non stock items before they click to buy. Or at the very least in an email soon after payment is made.

Still chasing refunds 2 months later... I've never felt the need to write an online review before but then I've never had this kind of treatment before...

This has changed the way I shop online!

Ordered a Burley dLite child trailer. I was a bit apprehensive about the company given some negative reviews, but I am now I am 100% positive about it. Good price for the trailer (can't get it cheaper elsewhere), and very fast delivery. Ordered was placed on the sunday night and the trailer arrived on the saturday morning.

Ordered Orlieb bag - figured out on delivery that the size was wrong. Contacted R&R for return (had some concerned about this after reading all the feedback, but it was a smooth and easy process) and asked to get a black and a red in return - and I received two black ones.
Pity - because it is not what I wanted - but I don't want to pay again for a return

I live in the Outer Hebrides so I regard a waterproof backpack as an essential item. I already have a pair of excellent Ortlieb panniers, so choosing their Vario waterproof backpack was not a difficult decision. Once ordered from Rock and Rescue it was delivered promptly.

Purchased some whistles for the scouts and received perfectly packed and on time for a trip. Will be ordering again.

I ordered one day, sent the next day by Tracking and received in less than a week. Very Good Service.

I ordered the item (under 1kg) (£7.95 delivery charge) on Monday morning. Item still in awaiting dispatch state on Thursday morning so I contacted support who promised it would be delivered before the weekend.

It never showed up until the following week.

2 stars only because the item was sold at a good price.

i ordered a pair of boots that took weeks to come and there was no help when i rang up,customer service was ridiculous. i will not use this company again.

R&R provided the service as requested, the rucsac I ordered was as ordered and on time
