Great Customer Service-Affordable with Good coverage
I have used Arch RoamRight many times for my travel Internationally. I am very impressed with them. Affordable and great coverage. If you have any issues on line their customer service is great in assisting. Lucky for me I have only needed the medical coverage once while in Costa Rica, and they covered my medical expenses in full. I trust Arch RoanRight.

The representative Cory that helped me through sending the email to him that the airline had sent me.
The representative Cory that helped me today was awesome. He was so very patience with me not knowing how to navigate the computer. He talked me through every step I needed to do. Even when I kept messing up, he was willing to go back to the beginning and start again. I could not have gotten through the process without his help. My wife got type A Flu while on…
My wife got type A Flu while on vacation. She needed to go to the doctor for medicine. This is why we bought travel insurance. Now, trying to get reimbursed for our medical expenses is almost impossible. Roam Right needs our travel dates, flight cost and cancelation agreement. We didn't cancel our flight and provided travel dates and cost during enrollment. It appears without all documentation they are denying our claim. We provided medical receipts, so we are now in limbo. Airline does not provide flight information after the flight. Be sure to printout all flight information even if there is some redundant information.

As with any insurance claim, in order to adjudicate a claim in accordance with the terms of the policy, whether to approve or deny, our examiners require complete documentation supporting such claim. Your complete flight itinerary is necessary in this instance to properly evaluate your claim.
Please understand that the claim adjudication process typically takes an average of 30 days following receipt of all required documentation.
