I bought the Camellia floral dress
I bought the Camellia floral dress in pink. Beautiful dress, flowing light silk material. The 16 I chose was a little bit big, which is my fault as the idea the dresses are on the small side.
The delivery was amazing, I ordered in the morning and it was delivered the next day. Really pleased with my purchase. I would definitely buy again, but I would go into a shop and try on the various styles.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I ordered the miray gold earrings and they were faulty with bent posts. They weren’t wrapped properly just rattling around in tissue in a huge box. I sent them back as they were faulty got a 15 percent discount code and managed to get my returns postage paid. I reordered with the discount code and they sent me back the same pair albeit in different coloured tissue paper! Absolute joke of a company. I then had to send back a second time bearing in mind I have to drive to the post office get stuck in traffic etc free return back but their discount code doesn’t work!! So frustrating. These earrings were for me to wear to my son’s graduation.

Very disappointing aftercare service
I bought my wedding dress from Rixo at the Kings road store and was happy with both the dress and my experience in the store.
Unfortunately, my experience afterwards was disappointing.
When I called to enquire about alterations, I was looking for a fairly minor adjustment. However, I was essentially told that the alterations team was too busy and that I would be better off finding another tailor.
I understand that there are busy periods and appreciate that resources may be limited, but I had expected a little more support given that I had purchased my wedding dress from the boutique.
What disappointed me most was the tone of the conversation. There was no sense of warmth, congratulations on my upcoming wedding, or appreciation for having chosen Rixo for such an important purchase.
The interaction felt abrupt and dismissive, as though my enquiry was an inconvenience.
It left a very bad taste in my mouth and was particularly disappointing given the significance of the occasion.
A little more care and consideration in the way the situation was handled would have made a huge difference.

Beautiful dresses and great customer service
I ordered two Abi dresses from Rixo recently (Cara black stripe & mini polka dot navy) for two separate events and both are absolutely stunning. There was an initial bit of confusion regarding the application of a discount code during an exchange of sizes, but to their credit Rixo’s customer service department took my feedback on board and resolved the issue. The quality and cut of the dresses is lovely and I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase from them. Wore the Cara one for the first time last night and received lots of compliments- it really is quite a beautiful dress so I’m very happy!

Premium Price, Poor Quality Control, Poor Service
A couple of weeks ago I placed an order for the Kendall Cotton Midi Dress. The first item arrived faulty, so I contacted customer service who provided a 15% goodwill discount to reorder the dress. However the replacement also arrived defective, with the strap completely detached from the bodice.
While customer service were polite, the responses were spread out over several days, which made the process slow and frustrating. The best resolution offered was to waive the return fee, which feels inadequate given the circumstances. For dresses priced at over £200, returns being free should be standard, not presented as a concession.
What is particularly concerning is that the item is still being sold online and has not been withdrawn or flagged, despite what appears to be a wider manufacturing issue. This raises serious questions about quality control and how known faults are being handled.
After receiving two faulty items from the same order and being left without the dress I originally wanted, no meaningful goodwill gesture or resolution has been offered.
Overall, this experience falls significantly below expectations for a brand at this luxury price point, both in product quality and in how issues of this nature are resolved.

The quality of the clothes has gotten…
The quality of the clothes has gotten worse in recent years and the sizing can be a bit wild. Definitely better if you are taller as midi dresses can be maxi. Plus the refund process is incredibly slow, which isn't really acceptable when you have spent a lot on a dress.

Treasure trove and a joy to shop
I had a difficult day trying to find something to wear to a wedding, whilst feeling less than body-confident! When I arrived at Rixo I felt at ease and inspired, and there were several dresses I could have picked, which was a miracle! I love the dress I bought and have already worn it twice, so I'll be going back for sure. I bought the Bexley, which is two dresses in one, so I can use one separately as a slip as well. I never heard of rixo dresses before. With being petite i find it ploblem getting a nice outfit for a special occasion. I wasn't disappointed my dress is gorgeous, I've had so many compliments. It's so light and flattering, it doesn't matter what size you are the fit and quality of yours dresses. Makes everyone feel confident to where. The only thing I was surprised was it didn't come in a boxes. Which for the price of the dresses. I think they should. I will recommend to my friends abot the company I cant wait to buy more of your beautiful dresses.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience! The lady who helped me in the soho store was so lovely, the changing rooms and shop were gorgeous, and the dresses were to die for. I ending up buying two dresses and it was so nice to try on dresses that were designed with women’s bodies in mind. Would definitely buy from Rixo again.
I also went to a bridal event at the kings Road store. Another beautifully designed shop and experience!
