Quite simply can not fault any one I dealt with From Steve Robinson who made it all happen for me, to the engineer who came to instal the machine. Fantastic 5 star service all the way! My rep Steve James has been brilliant. From the introduction to the machine to the demonstration even to source certain items I’d like for my machine nothing has been a bother. His service, the product, and the overall experience have been outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I’ve already recommended rijo to another local business I know who are just starting out.

Great experience, I actually don’t know how to write it up in words. Shaun come to the shop while I was away, left his details and then returned back to the store when he found out I was back. Negotiations started, still was 50/50 but great comms and customer service from Shaun. Signed the contract next day got a call for installation and honestly best investment I have done. Customers love it and thank you to Shaun for making this happen.

Not really the type to leave a review, but we feel we owe it to the rep to do so as he has been amazing with us, I hope he doesn’t mind.

Fantastic product so please. Shaun came to our club (Chorley Golf Club) to introduce the coffee machine was happy to answer any and all of the questions we had. The installation was seamless and the shaun and his colleague were happy to answer all questions we had on the machine once in. 2 weeks later and we've never sold as much coffee it's fantastic. Would highly recommend to all.

Was contacted by Rijo to see if we were interested in a coffee machine at our football club. Shaun came out to see us, at a convenient time for us. We only open weekends and he was really honest with what machines he thought would suit our needs. We sampled some of the products and he was very honest with costs and products. Really friendly guy and we didn't feel obligated or pushed into a decision. We decided to go ahead with Shaun’s recommendation on coffee machine. The ordering process was simple. Once confirmed Dom came to install. Again a really nice lad, demonstrated how to clean the machine (very simple). Reassured us about the support available should we need it. Would recommend Rijo if anybody is considering installing a coffee machine. Today was our first day in operation and we have had great reviews.

I was on my anniversary weekend in Amsterdam doing the usual things any married couple gets up to when I met Sam Lightfoot whilst watching Leeds United beat Plymouth away. Sam sold me the benefits of a Rijo and it’s worth every penny. It brings a lot of happiness to work and staff love it. I’d highly recommend a Rijo to any company owner who wants to keep the staff fuelled on quality coffee.

Last but not least Luke our installation Engineer was brilliant. Best choice of coffee machine we could have made. In summary a fantastic caring, professional and easy to do business with company. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service at Rojo42! Michael, Ryan, and Sam were absolute stars in helping me out. The key to the coffee machine was lost and was worried it would take forever to get a replacement. But these guys had it sorted and delivered within an hour! I had been a customer of this Company for over 10 years. I enjoyed there coffeee so much I bought a machine (at auction) for home use. Wasnt a problem for them to come out and set up the machine in my home. Fast forward a few years and I bought another machine (again at auction) for home use. They now flatly refuse to come and service the new machine. Their policy is (now) not to service any machine not bought from themselves!! Nice to know after the event!

We have been using Rijo for a number of years now on our Farm Park Tourist Attraction. We welcome over 70k visitors a year and our Rijo coffee machines have kept up! When we have had small problems, service has been excellent with a quick response time. Our rep, Steve Robinson is always at the end of the phone to help with any issues or queries we have, which is refreshing as often reps disappear once machines are installed!
