My child's grandparent bought my child a car from this company it wouldn't go so we sent it back to be repaired to then be told they had checked it and there was nothing wrong with it.. Then to tell us that we had to pay to have the car sent back to us without the fault being fixed after refusing the costs still haven't recieved my car back.. Customer service and team not helpful and VERY rude would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

I bought 2 mini's from this company in aug for my kids for Xmas when they arrived I put them in a cupboard got them out a few weeks ago to find there not very good quality one has a crack and the other the plastic looks like it's been bent not worth the money I paid for them. After emails and phone calls even to citizens advice saying Im entitled to my money back the company are no help what do ever just want money

shocking company with 4th world customer service. In fact no customer service at all. Cars are very poor quality, which required some degree of repair straight from the box. After being used about a dozen times a section of the wiring/ circuits started to melt, thankfully I noticed before my child played with it again.

I thereafter sent numerous emails requesting assistance where rideoncars.co.uk replied stating they were awaiting delivery from their Southampton stores and that the parts required would be sent in a few days. Guess what I'm still waiting over a month later and now they are ignoring my emails.

My little boy is devastated and his ride on car is now a fixture in the shed. how I regret dealing with this company.

I bought the ride on car (£155.99 inc postage) £16.99 postage to have it sent to N.Ireland. My dad assembled it well and the parental control did not work at all which is a necessity for toddlers. I had days and days of half-hearted emails from 'Jesse' instructing me how to fix it, with no result. Then offering to send replacement parts for me to assemble! After I requested a courier collect the faulty item 'Jesse' lied and told me it would be £89.00 plus vat for them to have it collected, IF it 'suddenly worked' when it was returned. I realised then and after reading other other customer reviews, that they would say it worked to scam this money from me. Thank god I was able to put a claim in with paypal and they resolved this for me. I had to pay myself over £40 to have it sent back to England, upon the premise by paypal that when it was delivered back to them I'd get a refund. They would not answer the door to Parcel Force, then when someone did sign for it after a surprise re-delivery (perhaps inadvertantly) I was still getting emails from 'Julie' saying they had not received the item. (No refund without delivery you see) They lie through their teeth from start to finish, and you WILL get a faulty car and there is no genuine customer service and they will try every trick in the book to avoid giving you a refund, and you will pay the postage for its return without question. These cars are being distributed from China, very poor quality and NO U.K quality control. They are rubbish. Please do not think you are getting a bargain with them as they are gangsters, and will never deal with you honestly if you have a complaint about the ride on. (very likely will!)

When car arrived it failed to go despite a fully charged battery. After 48 hours of hassle with both Jesse and Olga and promises that a technician would be in touch nothing happened.Jesse then agreed to take the car back but would not replace it until it had been examined by them despite the fact that this was a birthday present. It resorted to employing our own electrician who found and rectified a fault with the battery terminals. Not a good experience and poor after sales service

I ordered a 4x4 jeep for my son.When it arrived it was cracked..wires broken and unfit for use.I contacted jesse at this company and was asked to provide photos...fair enough I had no issue doing that as a manager of a business myself I would want to see the claim being made or at least evidence of it.Once I had sent this by email..The car was replaced hassle free and delivered to my door within 2 working days..the damaged vehicle awaiting collection...Jesse was courteous as was olga and for what I paid in comparison to toyz r us or such like..I consider the purchase value for money and not an unpleasent transaction...At the end of the day one would think the delivery people would be a little less boisterous when handling parcels!...I can see negative reviews and everyone to their own opinion from experiance..but mine was not as written by other people.

I brought a car sold in large bold letters as a 2 seater ride on car. When it arrived it seamed small. I checked and there is a label left by the manufacturer saying 'one seat only' . When i email the company they drew my attention to a small note in the add that says 'this is a one seater car suitable for 2 small children' . The car is suitable for children aged for 3-7. I got this for my son's 3rd birthday so he was only just 3. My other son is 4. They are both very small for there age. I emailed the company and they weren't interested. I will be raising this with trading standards and my credit card company. The car was also damaged on arrival.
