Couldn’t be happier with the service. Ordered late Sunday night and it was delivered Tuesday. My 4 year old absolutely loves his birthday present and I’m sure he will have lots of fun for years to come.

We purchased a car for my daughter last November. When we assembled the car the steering wheel cable was snapped so it wouldn't work so we contacted the seller and reluctantly they sent a replacement. This in turn when connected and turned on showed a fault with the radio repeating it self amd cutting out and the car not driving. So again emailed, painfully got a replacement radio, replaced it and it failed again. Another email, another replacement part, same issue. Finally managed to get them to agree to inspecting themselves now 8 months later and they said they fixed it. Assembled the car and same problem! We want a refund but they're stalling, replacement won't cut it! We're now arguing for a full refund, next is legal action

I recently bought the 4x4 for my sons first birthday. His face was priceless when he got it he couldn’t believe it and everyone at his party wouldn’t leave it alone. It also came the next day and free delivery. Very pleased with the product and the service.

This company is a joke, we bought a car for my sons Christmas present 18 months ago, within 6 months parts snapped off all over the place, we contacted them for help and they told us it was the fault of our build and to rebuild which was an impossible task. He continued to ride it because he loved it so much even though it was badly made and falling apart, before it was a year old the battery stopped charging so was completely useless wreck. So disappointed.

Ordered my sons birthday present from ride on cars and one fault it wasn’t delivered when said but other than that it’s in brilliant condition all the pieces have come with and in work order thank you

After reading some of the reviews on here, I feel I have to say that, yes, we had problems initially. The written instructions are impossible to understand. Watch the video on how to put the car together. It's much better. We also had missing and broken parts. It took a little time to get a response and the message site they have does not allow for you to attach any photos but when the complaint was picked up after Christmas, the customer service was very good. A lovely lady called Dora helped us, kept us up to date with decisions and as per this company's policy, replacement parts for the missing and broken parts were sent. They arrived this morning by post so just have to be fitted. Dora went above and beyond to ensure we have a fully functioning car. Many thanks Dora, for your patience with us and for sorting out the replacement bits. 😁 always best to email.

Avoid at all cost!!!! Goods arrived - parts missing, others broken! Emails sent on numerous occasions with the response being ‘we’ve passed your complaint on,’ then nothing! Appalling ‘customer service’. We are now left with a toy that is not fit for purpose - only suitable for the bin! Never again will I use this company and I urge other not to either.

This was a Christmas present and it arrived damaged and a big hold in the main body and top. Had no choice but to put it together as it was from S**** and otherwise would mean my son woke up with no present. The whole thing is just cheap plastic

Emailed them the week they were back after Christmas to tell them and they told me to send it all back but that they couldn't replace it as were out of stock. How the heck do you try to tell a small child that their Christmas toy is going back and not being replaced,

This company is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down. I ordered a ride on car I received it next day but when I got it out the box it was damaged, gave up trying to ring so sent a few emails eventually got a reply and they asked me to send it back so I did, after that I never heard from them again they stopped responding to my emails, had to get PayPal involved and eventually got my money back, was so annoying tho as it was a xmas gift for someone. I went halfords after that and bought a decent one with a years warranty. It’s not worth the aggravation buying from ride on cars they send the cars out in a box without any protection packaging so it’s very likely they well turn up with some sort of damage and trying to get your money back from them is very difficult as they will try anything not to give it back

I put an order in on Monday payed for. Got an email saying it will come Wednesday. Stayed in all day to look and thay only put the money back in my bank. Nowt from them 2 tell me why

Crooks! Ordered pink ride on car for Christmas for my daughter put It together last night all the instructions in Chinese and parts missing unable to attatch the front wheels. Also number plate with my daughters name on which I paid extra for missing.i have been constantly trying to phone all day they won’t even pick up the phone. Only reply I have had through email is that their very busy this time of year and they will forward it to a different team.they are still advertising next day delivery on their website if you order before 3pm so it shouldn’t be an issue to either send missing parts or replace the car but clearly once they’ve taken your money they don’t want to know. Please save yourself the disappointment and money and do not order off this company!

In response to your comment posted on 17/01/19 yes I appreciate that it can take a while to reply but firstly you were able to reply to new orders taken before Christmas yet could not reply to me with solution for faulty car, secondly there has been no error in putting the part together as I have looked at YouTube video and there is a part missing which makes it impossible to attatch wheel and lastly I have sent you numerous emails from the 23rd December asking you to collect the faulty goods and issue an email with no reply yet you have time to respond to this review, perhaps if you sorted out the issue then customers wouldn’t leave reviews like this!

STAY WELL AWAY. The worst customer service i have ever received in my life. Ordered a car for my daughters birthday and wish i had seen this site first. Car got lost, called the company numerous times left message after message nothing. Emailed, used their contact page and still nothing until a week later. in which i was doing their job trying to find the car. Car arrived 11 days later than it should it the most awful state, i asked them to contact parcel force and cancel delivery which they dint, i dint have authority as i wasn't sender. it was then delivered to a neighbour as i wasn't in. haven#t even opened it as that bad. Car does feel like a good weight for what its meant to be. Pay the extra and use a better company and quality product. Am now returning said car and want them to refund me all my costs as this is no fault of mine just their shoddy customer service and product. If needs be I will seek advice t make sure i get back what i am due.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought a range rover for my daughter’s birthday upon opening the box it is clear that somebody else has already had the car and returned it. There were random wires and a foreign travel plug inside. Some stickers had been put on poorly and somewhere missing completely. There were no instructions, the steering wheel was hanging off by a wire and attached was an ugly old multi coloured seat belt bodged together. The plastic parts supposed to hold the door together are snapped, and there was broken black plastic - who knows where from. Upon contacting the company they refused to refund or exchange and asked me to send pictures of the broken parts and they would replace - that would be the whole car then?! cost £100 almost with the number plates and delivery we couldn't afford to buy our daughter something else so we my husband fixed the car together the best he could, only to find out the wiring was wrong and it didn't work!!!!! We had to pay for an electrician to fix this for us - most expensive birthday present ever! The company were not helpful or sorry. This is peoples hard earned money and they should be utterly ashamed of the service they provide. For your sanity, bank balance and happiness do not buy from this company - they should be shut down.

Hi everyone..some bad reviews on here but remember sometimes courriers are to blame for damages..had a beautiful 12v tractor delivered from rideoncars..over the moon with it..great quality and price and all was perfect..name plates made for it with no problems..great quick response and speedy delivery..would highly recommend.

My other half has order a car for our 2 year old nearly , and wot can I say well it's came with all the back bumler / car ,smashed in broke the lugs off the car so we get in touch with them about this witch they say they will send a bumper out to replace the broken one a week later and we still sending them photos of the bumper. And then they won't to see the lugs on the car broken off as if the bumper broken is not enough to replace the Christmas present for our daughter why should we have to fix it when it's brand new takes the p !!!!! Then they have the cheek to say we will have to pay the postage to return the car well we will see about that lets see wot the trading standards have to say about it shall we !!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RIDE ON CARS !!!!!

I just purchased from this company but I ordered the wrong product. Emailed the company straight away to say I need to change order. They contacted me and said my order is nearly dispatched. They still dispatched after I said I need to change my order. Received my order today but stil haven’t heard back from the company about how I can change my order, I’ve sent numerous emails but have not heard back. Being from Dublin I thought I’d buy from an Irish website but now reading all these reviews I don’t know what to do.

We got a car for my five year old son for Christmas from this ‘company’. To make a long story short, the car went on fire as he was driving it which was so upsetting and traumatic for all of us. It was a Christmas morning we will never forget. We attempted to make contact with them several times over the next few weeks but to no avail. Our order ID was 3304 and we would love if this company would make contact with us. To avoid a similar experience and for safety reasons, please do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a 12v Range Rover for my daughter’s birthday.Absoultely shocking standard of production...middle parts of wheel trims look like they have been cut out with scissors,stickers not even stuck in properly,messy wiring,broken parts and a random screw fell out when I opened the box.I WISH I had read the reviews before I purchased this item.I have emailed the company asking for an address to return the item,although I have a feeling that this could take a while.
