Sales team were extremely efficient. Deliver and installation were as promised. Only slight hiccup was the registration of the warranty with Panasonic which was a Panasonic error

Excellent telesales service and great price. Delivery bang on time too. Only issue - delivery was to the wrong address, even after we went through the delivery address very carefully. So lose a star for that

Nearly went elsewhere.
However glad i didn't.

This is the first time I have used Richer Sounds.I rang telesales as I had a couple of queries regarding Samsung cash back. The whole experience was easy, no pressure on me to purchase but when I did I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quick the process was. I even got a further £10 off a good price for the product.
