As always fantastic experience all round. Best price and best service.

Have bought various items in last few years and always great service.
Just bought a denon cd player and had help from james over phone to set up to amp.

Staff were very helpful particularly Ben who was my main point of contact when purchasing some new Dali speakers.

R S is always my one stop shop for my tv and Hi-fi purchases and always will be. Their prices and warranty deals just can’t be matched by anyone else and the customer service is second to none. Such a pleasure to deal with a top company as Richer Sounds. Many thanks.

I was given two gift vouchers for a birthday present. I wasn't able to use them online but phoned up my local store(Southampton) and they (Ben if I remember correctly)sorted if for me straight away on the phone. I have used Richer Sounds many times over the years and their customer service is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who cares to listen.

Visited the store to check on actual definitive dimensions of an item - foot location underneath! Didn't have the right stock, but James willingly engaged in sorting out the actual unsuitability of the item. Would have stayed longer but was also playing beat-the-traffic-warden. Phoned the store the next day to order the right item but got bounced to Brighton store, becasue they were physically closed, where Rosie took my order and got it delivered to the Southampton store for me to pick up the next business day. Picked up my item after a confirmation call to say it had arrived. Fabulous.

Rob and his staff are a credit to Richer Sounds that’s why over the years I have bought many items from the Southampton branch and continue to do so. They have a great deal of experience and knowledge and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I always feel I can pick up the phone and speak to a member of staff if I need help.
