Great customer service and excellent discount!
Great customer service and excellent support from the store manager. I was also offered a very competitive discount, which none of the nearby Richer Sounds stores in my area were able to match. I will definitely return to the Holborn store in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Great service, great prices, excellent customer service.
Great service, advice, and a good deal of patients from Steve at the Holborn store.
My order was placed very late in the day and still a next day delivery was promised and met.
Steve reassured me about the compatability between my existing speakers and a new amplifier.
Great prices, expert advise and excellent customer service. What's not to like?

Great staff
I always go to Richer sounds, I’ve been going there for years . They are very professional . And honest, they gave me the right advice about . The hifi system . And my Speakers always friendly and generous with their suggestions and advice , Steve the store manager , is a legend. Can’t do enough for his customers . Thank the team

I never go elsewhere for audio products.

Shops like they used to be
In some ways going into Richer Sounds makes me sad because it shows how good other retail outlets could and should be. They have amazing customer service from staff who know what they’re talking about. If you have a problem they *phone you* to put it right. It’s like going in a shop from a time when shops cared about what they sold and what you bought. I can’t rate it highly enough.
