First time for years at richer sounds,what a great experience, brought my first bit of hifi in 40 years,didn't realise you had free parking,joined vip club,will be back soon.

First of all, my new TV is awesome. Service from the team at the Exeter branch was second to none, I was kept informed from the moment I ordered online to when I collected from the store, the guys even carried the TV out to my van for me. Cannot fault at all!

We arrived before opening time and he ( I’ve forgotten his name ) opened the shop . Was very helpful and knowledgeable. My son bought an amplifier that was just what I wanted for my old hifi system . Would certainly recommend this shop .

Easy to order and did a price match with no issues. Order delivered sooner that estimated, lovely TV no issues

Pete, the sales manager who dealt with us was superb. His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He provided my wife and I a balanced view of the TV makes and how they have improved over the years. Despite having a clear idea of the make we wanted, Pete demonstrated a number of sets to us, allowing us to change our original plan and purchase an LG television instead. The LG is spellbinding. I would thoroughly recommend it.

I rang with a problem about my ageing AV amp and received clear and concise analysis that confirmed my fears. However, the process of buying a replacement was easy and, thanks to being a VIP member, not quite as expensive as it might have been. A new Yamaha RX-V4A AV amp arrived the next day. A little effort and an app later saw to setting up and the sound is great.
