Extremely disappointing service: avoid at all costs
I ordered an item that took far too long to arrive, only to be told — without any proper explanation — that it was “returned to sender” because of a so-called “wrong address.” My address is 100% correct. Instead of investigating the problem or taking responsibility, customer service simply told me to “place a new order” and wait for a refund after they receive the returned package. This means even more unnecessary delay for something I urgently needed.
No attempt was made to fix the situation or to send a replacement immediately. This is not how a professional company should treat its customers. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before buying here.

I did not deserve the treatment I received
This is a long review, but I don't think I can summarize it into something shorter without losing the most important details.
For some context, my dog died from lymphoma on June 19, 2025. When I sent the first email to customer service, it had only been a little over a month since his passing. He was still young, and everything happened very fast. His cancer was incredibly aggressive, and treatment was not an option. Now that the exposition is out of the way, let's get into it.
I ordered a phone case, screen protector, and lens protector. It took a little over 3 weeks to arrive, which wasn't awesome, but I love the case and the screen protector was unbelievably easy to install.
One of the lens protectors broke during installation. It's unclear if there was a flaw in the lens protector from the manufacturer, or if something happened during shipping, or if I bumped my phone on something while installing the phone case (you'd hope the lens would survive a little bump, but that's neither here nor there). What is clear is that one of the three lenses broke during installation.
I reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement or refund, since one of the lenses broke before I even had the chance to use my phone.
An agent named Luna responded to my email saying that the lifetime guarantee is no longer offered, but that they could send me a replacement if I paid for shipping. That was a generous offer, but I was already feeling short changed by the universe, and that one small inconvenience set me off.
I responded aggressively and got angry. I felt like I was being blamed for the broken lense. I told Luna that I wanted a refund if the other option was to pay for shipping and wait another month for my new lens protectors, and also took some shots at the company while I was at it.
Luna responded gracefully despite my anger. They restated what they could offer and tried to explain why the lens may have broken. I was in the thick of Grieving, and doubled down on my anger. I told Luna they were useless in that situation and accused the company of false advertising and fraud. They would have been well within their rights if they blocked my email and just never responded, because I was being an utter @$$.
But, instead, Luna passed the ticket on to their manager. I believe their name was Chris or Nick or something. The manager continued to uphold the kind, patient tone Luna used, and they explained what Luna had meant when they told me that I may have broken the lens. The manager also offered a refund if I still did not want to pay shipping.
At this point, I had about 4 days to cool down. I looked through the email exchange and was embarrassed by what I read. I apologized for my behavior and said I would take the refund even though I very clearly did not deserve it. I also explained that I had recently lost my dog to lymphoma, and that, while there was no excuse for my behavior, my pain caused me to lash out. I was very sorry, and felt terrible for how I behaved.
The response I received from the manager made me cry. They said their heart broke learning about my dog. The manager also said that it was clear my dog was well loved, and that some day I would be reunited with him. I'm crying again writing this, partly because I miss my dog so badly, and partly because I'm still floored by the love and compassion offered to me by someone on the other side of a screen.
I responded to that email thanking the manager for their kindness, and I included a picture of my dog in his prime as a thanks. I asked that an apology he passed along to Luna, since I was so cruel with them previously.
Luna responded personally and told me they had lost their fur baby last winter, and that they still hadn't recovered from it. They also included a discount code that I could use towards a future purchase.
So, in no way, shape, or form did I deserve the treatment I received.
Not only was I given more grace, compassion, and kindness than I deserved, I also received a gift from the person I was so rude to.
The world can be a horrible place, even during the best times. I lost the color and magic from my world, and I was sure that they would never return. I did not expect to find a little portion of what was lost in some emails with a customer service team.
I'm a rhinoshield fan for life, now.

Good product
To be honest, my first experience was not so great, because I had a problem with the phone case I bought, but then i wrote the company and they solved the problem within the next 24h.
The quality of the product is very nice, and the customer support was impecable. Nothing else to add.
