great warranty they always get back to me within 24 hours this is my 6th case from this company my whole family uses them i have had my phone fall off a 2nd story balcony ledge to the concrete driveway and it was fine 0 damage

La qualité du produit est bonne, mais le site présente de nombreux problèmes, tels que des lenteurs qui obligent à attendre plusieurs minutes pour charger une seule coque. Les tarifs sont extrêmement élevés et les délais de livraison sont trop longs pour le prix payé.

Quality, warranty and customer support
Their phone cases are great and so is their warranty, After about 4-5 months of use I had a slightly loose bottom right corner but I believe that happened due to the amount of hard droppings it’s had. I contacted customer support late at night and they responded early in the morning amazing response time and to get a replacement and fill out your information was so easy it took no more than 2 minutes. 100% I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good case

Hard to find cover. They got it and can customize.
My cell phone is hard to find covers for, but not only did Rhinoshield have it, they allowed me to customize it with any picture on the back. I love that.

Luna, a customer service assistant was really helpful. Overall cases are great. Better than Mous cases. Mous cases reduce quality but Rhinoshield keeps it up. Thanks!

Had a package that seemed stuck with…
Had a package that seemed stuck with the shipper. Shipper wasn't helpful in tracing the package location. Reached out to Rhino, who responded within 24 hours, collected some information and offered to reship the order at no cost.
No gas lighting, fast response.

Great customer support and amazing integrity
A noticed a small notch (printing mistake) on the lip of my Aquastand bottle, sent them a photo and they immediately offered a replacement despite me not needing one. All of this was within 5 hours of sending a support ticket as well, I was in great care!
