Customer support was absolutely stellar. I was so enthusiastic to hear that the warranty coverage for my product was 2 years!

Mid South Rhino Shield worked on my house replacing some fascia and soffit boards. The original quote was $6600.00 but settled at $4200.00. It was approximately 16 sq.ft. soffit and 16ft. of fascia. the fascia boards were replaced with Regular wood and not with routed slotted standard boards. These should be replaced as standard fascia boards are required, slotted to hold up the edge of the soffit. Interior wood was used (1x6) and the incorrect size interior plywood was used as soffits .The first install of soffit was 1/4" interior grade, wrong size and would have warped with weather. The second was 11/32 still the wrong size and interior plywood again but let it ride at the time even though the repairs do not match the original soffits. The correct size to match what was already installed is exterior 3/8. I was on site the entire time of the install, after the job was done I was sent an added bill of $989.00 for added work although no extra work was done and their claim was false as I have every piece of lumber bought for this job and there were no 2x4's used as backing behind any of the 1x6's used as fascia and none were purchased. They canceled the extra charge after I consulted my attorney. Just hire a painter next time . Up-date : after only a few years the paint is starting to fade and where they replace a piece of plywood it had to be nailed back up...

I am very disappointed with the product. I bought a snoopy design arhinoshield phone cover for my Samsung S24 Ultra 1 year ago and the phone case has warped twice. 1st time was after 3 months of purchase and 2nd time was after 7 months of thecreplacement. I've now gotten another replacement but not sure when it will warp again. The whole case bends out of shape and can't cover the corner of my hp.

Rhinoshield really is my #1 choice when it comes to device protection.

if you have extra money, go for the DSL courier, the standard one really takes long to deliver your order and rarely updates on the tracking page. Makes you build up stress.

Great protective case and excellent support that provided a free replacement. Very good overall.
