there is a particular member of staff who is very helpful and knowledgably Ms Russell , however I note that there appears to be a disconnect between the admin staff and the warehouse which can lead to mistakes

Better communication needed
I emailed the company for a collection, but had no reply to say anything was received, then one day a few weeks later, the courier arrived without any notification. The company I work for require notification in advance of any visitors so communication would be beneficial.
