Engineer came and didn't fix fault

Very pleased with this visit. The engineer was very professional, pleasant and good natured. It was not an easy fix but he persevered and problem sorted.

The call Centre customer support wasn’t great, but the engineer was spectacular and done the job really quickly!

Simple, quick and effective

Jane came in diagnose the problem immediately no major issues. I thought the worst with the water leak,. Change the door seal half an hour tested all good no leaks.

The engineer came prepared with replacement parts, assessed the situation and went about repairing.
He explained what was the issues and corrected them leaving the serviced item fully functional and working.

STUART WAS CHEERFUL, PINCTUAL , POLITE EFFICIENT AND FIXED THE TUMBLE DRYER'S PROBLEM IN LESS TAHN 30 MINS .

The service engineer who attended yesterday, 15 Sept, was excellent - very knowledgeable, efficient in trying to locate the fault, and he tested and checked the whole machine very competently and thoroughly.
Excellent man- sorry I did not get his name.
Sam and Michele in the office were very prompt in initially dealing with my call about my faulty washing machine and making an early appointment for the engineer to call.

Excellent service — the engineer diagnosed the issue with my oven straight away and had it fixed in no time. Very polite, tidy, and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.
