Friendly & helpful engineer who sorted problem v quickly.

Repair done straightaway and had part ready from description of problem

Representative arrived on time and was friendly and helpful throughout his stay. He was unable to complete the repair as it was something that had to be attended to by the landlords but he did all he could for which we were appreciative.

Did what was needed when they said they would

An earlier appointment was offered at short notice,which helped immensely. Engineer was punctual and called prior to arrival. A thorough diagnosis followed,with all the parts required already on board engineer's van. Some replacement parts had changed since manufacture,but engineers specialist knowledge enabled him to modify without issue. Thoroughly tested oven before leaving with no damage to equipment or kitchen units.

The office ensured that the engineer had the correct parts for the repair based on our assessment, the engineer was polite professional and quick in carrying out the repairs, and returning everything back to normal. First rate

Diagnosed the problem, made repair, quick with no mess

It would be very useful if your engineers had trackers on them and your office or an App was able to provide a more accurate time of arrival. I work from home but had planned to go out - getting an accurate ETA was not possible. Planning my work calls was also difficult for the same reasons. The engineer made an assumption of a fix based on the error code, but this did not the resolve the issue and they have having to come out again for a second try.

Called and got an appointment within 1 week , still under warranty, got msg beforehand with 3 hr time window. Very efficient , polite and careful with our new kitchen . Would definitely recommend and use again.
