purchased a Dell laptop very prompt delivery, excellant condition, good value and very satisfied.

Great little website the laptop I ordered was far cheaper here than anywhere else and it works amazing there is just a little cosmetic damage which dosent affect the performance at all.
It took longer than expected to come but with COVID 19 and the Christmas holidays this was expected. They even put a bigger ssd in which I didn’t ask for.
Would definitely shop here again

I bought a laptop about 6 weeks ago, my first time buying a refurb going against advice not to do so.

I spoke to Somebody via the phone before buying and was told the laptop I'd chosen may not be in stock and would receive a CPU upgrade at no cost if that was the case.

All seemed fine, I went ahead and placed my order. I was expecting it within 2 weeks, but it was closer to 3. There is covid floating around and it was a busy time so it wasn't terrible.

Unfortunately I'm one of those that got the wrong laptop. Yes the CPU was upgraded, but the graphics card was missing, making it unusable to me.

A phone call to Sam resulted in an offer of replacement or refund, the latter accepted.

If that was the end of things, I'd be fine. It just took so many phone calls/emails to get things moving. I appreciate he is short staffed, but being kept up to date with the process would've gone a long way. It wasn't a great experience for me.

On a strict budget, I bought the laptop as a means to home music production (through a DAW).

When the refurbished laptop arrived, I was immediately impressed with its appearance. I thought I would give it a while to check on the laptop's performance before I passed final judgement.

Now a suitable period has elapsed and the laptop has worked like a dream. Responding with other equipment and producing absolutely zero latency.

A quality service at an affordable price. Refurbished laptops are highly recommended by this customer.

I rate this company as very poor, they are incompetent, dishonest and completely untrustworthy. they have twice failed to supply a laptop and have failed twice to reply to my emails even though they acknowledge receiving them. It is a shame people like these are allowed to operate.

I choose to buy a laptop from refurbished laptops due to the good information the website provided. The laptop was a Christmas present for my son. I was on a budget so a refurbished laptop seemed the best way to purchase the spec I was looking for. It arrived quickly and having ordered a grade A product I was happy to see it looking as new. I have received a bargain a fast laptop at an extremely low price, my son will be over the moon. During the purchase I had good communication which kept me at ease. Will buy again and recommend.

We purchased a laptop from refurbished laptops few weeks ago. Together with the machine we also ordered Microsoft Office (priced at £49.95) and this is where our problems started. The machine itself is very good but we have never received product key for Microsoft Office despite repeated phone calls promising that the key was going to arrive.

So far the laptop seems in great condition. Only had it running for a few hours. However it's a refurbed Lenovo with touch screen and everything seems to work. Like others I ordered before reading the reviews and when I did, I was thinking I had lost my money. However one phone call to confirm that they had actually got my order and a few weeks later it has arrived. Slightly slow in terms of delivery, but this is 2020 right? Everyone is ordering laptops! All in all happy!

Ordered a laptop on the 14/10 and told to expect 7-14 for delivery. Laptop took a little longer but the laptop SSD was faulty so it was upgraded for free.

The laptop condition was great, but the battery was draining quicker than expected. I got in contact with the company and they sent out a brand new battery straight away, no questions asked.

It may take a few days to get in contact with the company if you have any issues or questions, but keep trying as they are just very busy and once you get hold of them their customer service is lovely, helpful and friendly!

Excellent service in difficult times during the pandemic. First laptop unfortunately had to be returned which was all arranged and dealt with by Refurbished Laptops, all that was needed was a phone call, very good support on the telephone.

Must have bought around 8 or 9 laptops from here over last 3 years for business and the kids. Yes the customer service can be erratic on the admin side at times but don't let that put you off. Sam and his team always deliver on product value and support and not had any problems with any of the refurbished laptops we have had off them. The advice and support I have just had on sourcing right laptops for our 2 teenagers off to Uni was fantastic. Highly recommended service.

Great laptop, came the next day

Ordered a Dell latitude E7250, unfortunately the first laptop that arrived had a couple of issues.

After a couple of emails the first laptop was collected and I was sent a replacement that met my needs (there was a touchscreen and non touchscreen version, I requested the non touchscreen version as it is lighter).

Many thanks to Sam for speaking to me on the phone and sending me the version of the laptop I requested. I can guarantee you would not get the same customer service from companies such as CeX who also deal with used laptops.

I would definitely recommend this company and especially Sam himself to people I know, the price for mine was significantly better than it was at other places.

Overall laptop was in top condition for a refurbed 4 year old laptop. Great value for money. Description on website stated touchscreen but the laptop I received was not touchscreen which I didn't really care about anyway.

Really pleased with this computer. As described and every thing working well on it. Best value refurbished computer that I could see on the web with the specs that I needed

Ordered an item from Refurbished Laptops yesterday and it arrived 7:30 this morning. Just what I wanted. Good company I will use them again

Initially was shipped a faulty T620s, Spoke to Sam who gives brilliant personal customer service. understand the faults i was having and shipped a new unit whilst i still used the defective unit. swapped the unit and haven't had any issues since. Would buy again

Great laptop at a great price, one of the best I saw on the internet and upgraded to SSD
A little slow in sending out the laptop but I was upgraded to a better model and bigger SSD than requested. No issues in contacting them via phone either.
I would definitely use again!
