I purchased an HP Elite pad and Sam, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful - I needed it in a serious hurry for work and he sent next day delivery at at reduced rate to help me. I also ordered a docking/charging station and asked if mains came with - it didn't and he through one in for me complimentary. From my experience, and I am particular, I can't recommend enough that you purchase from Refurbished Laptops Sam's The Man 😀

Back again for another laptop from this reliable company. Previous three all great, apart from one which had a small fault. Sam sorted a replacement with no fuss. Great service. Great products.

I needed to upgrade my 14 year old Dell laptop and was given Sams details. I was given excellent advice by Sam who guided me through the many options and with that, I finally chose the laptop that ticked all the boxes. Bought a Dell laptop to replace my (very) old one. I waited for the delivery, as the website says that happens within 7-10 working days. After which, I phoned. Didn't bother with leaving a message, but once I spoke with Sam, I had my laptop sent striaght away. I am very pleased with the laptop I have received. Thank you, Sam!

Dell M17 R3. Refurbished. Arrived today. Looks, feels and performs as though it was brand new. Maybe it is.
I am impressed, delighted and "over the moon".

Terrible customer service.
Extremely late delivery - by several weeks.
I emailed, left messages via the website and phoned over and over again.
Sam does not reply.
I am trying to get a receipt for my purchase, to activate the 'warranty' (if it even exists!) but he is not responding, yet again!

Ordered a Dell laptop and case in January. The laptop arrived quickly, but the case did not. I had to chase but I’m pleased to say that the case has now arrived.

Just bought hp tablet..service great quick delivery and Sam was v. helpful.

I have just picked up my Dell laptop today from Refurbished laptops. I was given a great deal and an offer to come back for an upgrade at cost price as I was hoping for a larger Ram but could not wait for the part as I needed the laptop asap. Sam was very polite and very helpful I would recommend the service. The laptop was in good condition and I believe if I run into any issues the service would be the same again.

Their website home page is deceiving. I feel I am being lied to when I enquire about an order (which they had trouble finding on their system). The laptop is now due to arrive 10 days after ordering.
This is what's on their home page:
"All orders will take 7-10 working days"
"Dispatch within 24 hrs"
"FREE 24-48 hour delivery"
"usually dispatched within 3 – 4 days and then are sent on a next day delivery service"
It can't all be true! And their order site had the cheek to charge extra £30 for faster delivery, and they haven't even sent it on a "next day delivery service"!
And they blame the website for the charge (with no apology) and claim the home page can't be corrected because the web designer says it's too complicated!
They said it was dispatched this morning, and then I checked the tracking which said the label was only printed this afternoon.
They advertise the specification for the laptop on the website and only order the parts (memory, SSD, etc) when they get a sale.

Great fast service, laptop working fine no problems at all. Sam answered my only question promptly and clearly. Will definitely be buying more from this company.

Required two laptops for workers to remote in on for a charity. Delivery was fine, but one failed within 3 days and customer service is abysmal - all three phone numbers have messages saying message box full unable to leave message; promise to respond to emails and don't, and don't do what they say will do either - over a month has passed and no replacement/ pick-up. I get the impression Sam is the only one working there

Ordered a laptop as one was needed to secure a new job opportunity, was a little worried after not receiving a order confirmation but was assured by Sam that it had gone through and had the laptop within a weeks and all working smoothly so far

Needed a laptop urgently for homeschooling after our one suddenly died. Found this site and noted the delivery time was 7-10 days. Spoke to Sam and despite being snowed under, he assured us he would send it out the next day. Arrived 2 days after I spoke to him, which I thought was excellent.

It was a grade A laptop and looks in new condition. Works straight out of the box. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Very impressed by the laptop that I ordered, good condition, clean, securely packaged, worked straight out of the box and a good price.
However...the company's communications were poor and their explanation is they are struggling to meet demand. No confirmation email, and the contact and website details provided in the Paypal receipt I tried to use to chase them up were incorrect. So had a couple of panicky weeks' wait and a couple of phone calls were needed to chase up. Hopefully these are temporary issues as the company seem legit and the product was fine.

Laptop was exactly as described and delivered in timeframe advertised. Very competitive price and would purchase again. Great job and thanks!

Great experience from start to finish.
Suddenly had to start working from home and needed laptop urgently for children’s school lessons via Teams/Zoom.
Contacted the company and they were extremely polite and professional, and despite being extremely busy managed to get my order out for deliver and I received it the very next day in time for children’s school lessons, even swapped the hard drive for me.
Machine was exactly as described and in much better condition than I expected.
I would recommend this company to anyone, and that’s coming from me who’s a buyer by trade of IT equipment.
