Absolute horrible experience with them. They ignore my e-mails, and cannot get a hold of them. Complete lack of transparency and honesty as to fees. Very unprofessional to ignore my emails. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking timely and effective assistance. They never shared the % split of the outcome of the case either. The case took 2,5 years....

In practice they took 45% fee…
In practice they took 45% fee (compensation from the airline was 800 eur and refundmore took 360 eur) which is much more than marketed. I’ll use some other provider next time

Stalling to pay out, said they received money from airline then changed their tune
Opened up a case with Refundmore in June 2022. Recently they’ve got back to me saying that they won the case and will send me my payment once I give them my bank details. I’ve asked on numerous occasions to be sent an invoice so that I can see what amount I’m owed and what their fees will be. I keep getting ignored. The email I did get from them they only responded to half the email and ignored the part where I asked for the invoice. Complete lack of transparency and honesty as to fees. Very unprofessional to ignore my emails. I’m willing to remove my negative review provided I get someone to respond to me and payment actually comes through which right now I’m doubting they even will pay out. There’s no phone number so no way of contacting the company other than emails. Please respond to me.
Update: upon writing this review I got a response from the company stating the amount that will be transferred to me and that I will get the invoice once they transfer payment. Then two weeks later I get an email saying they’re going to court with my case which will take 6-12 months and they’ll keep me updated. I asked for them to confirm that this email was sent in error as they have already told me they won my case. They said they will do the transfer once they receive funds from the airline. This directly contradicts the email they sent me a few weeks back in which they said they have already been paid out by the airline and were only waiting on my bank details so they can send me my cut.
So basically they have the settlement from the airline but are stalling with sending me my portion and contradicting themselves saying they don’t have the money yet. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this company. Go somewhere where they won’t lie to you about having the money then pretending they don’t and are only going to court now.

Don't trust them much!! They transferred less than they said they would pay!!
They have got the full amount of 400 EUR from the airline. And they have already deducted the amount of 180 EUR.
They informed me that they would transfer the amount of 220 EUR to my bank account.
But I have received only 186.50 EUR from them.
So I contacted the bank and got the proof document with the transfer payment details, and sent the emails asking them again and again if they transferred the wrong amount, they should transfer the remaining balance of 33.50 EUR to me.
After my 4th email, they replied that they transferred 220 EUR but as I gave them international, non-SEPA, account information, the difference is due to banking fees on which they do not have any influence. There is an extra point in their T+C that customers have to pay the fees
But I have the evidence that the FOREIGN BANK CHARGE that specified in the proof document is only 18.50 EUR. There are no other charges. The total amount still does not match! It is just 205 EUR
If they said that customer have to pay the fees,
186.50 EUR + Foreign Bank Fee 18.50 EUR = only 205 EUR
There is the missing amount of 15 EUR anyway.
Then I sent the email asking them again, but there is no answer.
They have already deducted the amount of 180 EUR. from the total amount of 400 EUR, I don't understand why they still transferred less than they said they would pay.
This is not fair at all.

Amazing, took some time as these things normally do. Tbh I forgot I went through them to claim money back but then a few months later I got an email with a link and a couple of days later the money was in my account.
Extremely disappointed with the service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Refundmore. Despite their promises, my case has dragged on for far too long without any resolution. Communication has been slow and uninformative.
They initially assured me of a quick resolution, but after months of waiting, I have not seen any real progress. My case has now been passed to their legal department, which they say could take another 3-4 weeks to evaluate. However, it is more than 8 weeks now without any update. This level of inefficiency and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I trusted Refundmore to handle my claim professionally, but they have failed to deliver. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking timely and effective assistance.

The process went a bit slowly but I got refund eventually. It took nearly 2 years since I have submitted the application. They were sending me notes regularly about my ongoing progress.

My flight was delayed in August 2021 now we are in August 2024 still waiting for a response, it’s been in a court for 2 year extremely long time but yeah 3 year waiting and nothing happening no updates…

Use Refundmore!
I recommend Refund more, my British Airways flight was delayed. When I went to make the claim, all our flight details had been wiped from their systems . I did have the evidence already though. I checked out these guys, and thankfully they sorted it out, it was a few months but they got a full refund and we are happy with their services.
