I went down all avenues to get a…

I went down all avenues to get a refund from Ryan Air with no success because I had booked through a third party. I had given up trying because 18 months had passed. I got an email from Refundmore, as I had nothing to lose I decided to go ahead with this company. The whole process took about two weeks and last night I received compensation into my bank. This company have been brilliant from start to finish, they kept me updated on their progress by email I recommend that anyone should use Refundmore, what have you got to lose.

This company is a fraud


This company is a fraud; do not waste your time using their services. Refundmore initially offered to assist us in obtaining a refund for a delayed flight, claiming they would endeavor to recover the full amount of our ticket. However, after several months, they provided us with a significantly reduced amount, citing their inability to secure the full sum from the airline. Throughout this process, there was a complete lack of transparency. When we requested evidence of the amount transferred to them by the airline, they began ignoring our communications, revealing their dishonesty. Please choose a different company that values transparency and honesty.

Absolutely brilliant firm to deal with…

Absolutely brilliant firm to deal with from start to finish , they done all of the work and didn’t give up when Ryanair were rejecting all the claims . Finally resolved in my favour so couldn’t recommend a better firm .

Don't bother using this company they…

Don't bother using this company they are not interested in getting any refund. Our flight with ryanair was delayed by 12 hours. Their response after 8 months after sending the enquiry to get a refund, was that after looking into my case it was delayed less than 3 hours so not entitled to a refund!! Please are you joking. Don't waste your time guys. They are useless!!!

I had my case with Refundmore since 2203…

I had my case with Refundmore since 22 October 2023. The case was that I have been denied boarding because I had a discussion with the customer service medarbejder about the rules of baggage.
I send them all the documentation for the case. I have received an emails from them confirming that their legal department has judged my case to be fair and they will take over the claim for refund.
Since then, they have provided me with regular updates on my case and asking me to be patient.
Finally on the 28.05.2024 I received and email from (Flightright GmbH) this time informing me about clousure of my case because I do not have evidence that easyjet has denied my bording.
I have since that send them some emails ( answer the e-mails from flightright) the answer was the same Easyjet refuses the case because we have no evidence that boarding was denied.
In this case and because it is now an old case, I lost not only the chance to get refund for my ticket price but also extra luggage fees which I paid few minutes before being denied boarding.
I woundered if the email I got from flightrigt Germany was correct or is it a fub, so I sent on 28.05.2024 email to the old email adress which I have communicated with when I submitted my case for refundmore. I have not receive any respons from them untill now.

Really happy with the service offered

Really happy with the service offered. They provide clear and concise updates, the process is transparent and they managed to get a refund out of the airline.
I would not have known where to begin or how to go about it and so I am really grateful for them and their efforts.

Long wait but got my claim

Well, they did it! Successfully got my compensation after two years since my flight was cancelled (and a year from the start of the claim). Was a nice surprise to get these money. Thank you!!

Case against BA resolved.

It took over 2 years and from the look of the correspondence, a lot of back and forth between BA and Refundmore but they have settled my case and organised payment.
