A great company
We ordered a voucher for the Pixar Mundo in London but unfortunately their availability was only from September and as we are only in London for a week, we were unable to use our voucher. They promptly refunded our purchase after we couldnt find a suitable alternative and the customer service rep was absolutely amazing in dealing with our dilemma promptly and efficiently. 10/10 for customer service.

Fabulous London River Cruise on theThames…
Fabulous trips up and down the Thames with city cruises. Helpful polite friendly staff and clean air-conditioned vessels with interesting commentary. Very relaxing and enjoyable enabling us to visit landmarks in London City and the East end.

Disappointing experience
We had to take the set menu which only offered 3 items for starter, main & desert. Service was very slow. I had to remind the waiter we hadn't received our desert. When the bill came they had charged for the full amount and did not take our gift voucher off. The waiter provided a second bill which charged a service charge on the full amount before taking the voucher off. We did not have a good dining exerience and felt the set menu was not value for money. We would not go back to this restaurant.

Dinner at Corrigan's - no evening slots available
Received a voucher for dinner at Corrigan's in Mayfair.
When trying to book, there were no evening slots available. Checking with RLDs (which took a couple of emails) it transpires that the venue weren't offering any dinner slots (lunch only) so in my mind the experience is mis-titled/mis-sold.
Had to pick a different restaurant at additional cost.

What an experience, O2 spectacular!
My 'walk over the O2' experience was absolutely fantastic and from the moment it began to the end we felt at ease. It was well organised, well paced, (we never felt rushed or felt we were hanging around) and everything was well explained. Theo, our guide, was superb giving us confidence, humour and just the right amount of support if we needed it, whilst also not smothering us. Top marks to Theo.
