My trip to Ecuador (Quito and the Galápagos Islands) was the best trip of my life (and I am nearly 50 years old). I traveled by myself and Rebecca Adventure Travel was so organized and kind that I never felt alone. The guides they arranged were so knowledgeable and kind. The activities they planned for me were (snorkeling, hiking, learning about the ecosystem and animals). It isn't possible to say what a pure joy this trip was for me. Rebecca Adventure planned a 7 day land based trip to the Galapagos for myself and two daughters in their 20s.

We were very impressed with the activities recommended and planned for our trip.

Rebecca did an exceptional job at communicating with us regarding details of the trip. They were responsive to any questions that we had during the trip. The Galapagos excursions required transportation and guides and snorkeling equipment. This was all coordinated wonderfully and smoothly. We were given great instructions and recommendations for things to bring and we felt very prepared.

We would highly recommend Rebecca Travel.

Did the 6 day Classic Galapagos tour. It was awesome! Everything was SO well organized. Rebecca Travel connected us with wonderful guides and drivers, and while everything went so smoothly, they were always available if we had questions. The accomodations they selected were nice, and it was great to just enjoy the tour and know we were in good hands.

Rebecca travel was good for my travel but there was one tour that was canceled and I got sent on another island tour by the same operator. I didn’t do now this was even going on until I got to Floreana instead of Santa Fe. This was very disappointing and had I not contacted Rebecca Travel later, they acted like I wasn’t even going to have been told and only apologized. Had I known the tour had been changed, I would have found a different operator for the day because I paid a ton of $ to go to the Galapagos in general and had 3 places I wanted to see, this being one of them. Pretty disappointing when you pay for a service. I likely will never return to the Galapagos due to the price of the tickets it took to get there, so a third of my trip was a wash.

The company later stated they had protections in place where they’re covered (not me) if something happened or changed. What ever happened to customer service, the customer is always right, and refunds for not following through with a service that was not delivered and NOT communicated to me until I INITIATED contact about the issue. That’s poor service and I was withheld an update about the change and was supposed to just accept it.

They were great to work with from start to finish. Every thing was well planned and communicated, prices were good, tours on the Galapagos ran smoothly.

I had a great vacation There was someone there to meet me at every step of the trip. Andrea actually joined me on my first stop which was nice, since I had spent so much time with her on the phone prior to the trip. Guillermo was very nice and helpful. Angel was great and suggested then, brought me to a humming bird farm and hot springs that was so relaxing before I went home I appreciate all of you and highly recommend Rebecca Travel ! Ann Marie

The 8 day island hopping tour was overall very fun. I saw a lot and covered most things in two islands. It was an expensive tour but I did get my own private room and private guides for most activities. I was under the impression i would be in groups and meet others on activities, but it was just me and the guide, which is not necessarily a bad thing, just became somewhat lonely after some time. lt was well organized with the exception of one day, where I was taken to floreana Island rather than Santa Fe and wasn’t told about this until I got to the island. Other than that, there is constant 24/7 communication on what’s app. The tour guides and taxi drivers were the BEST, especially Hugo Gustavo (driver), Christian, and Erika, all on Santa Cruz Island. They made my time incredible.

Reliable and communicative company. Provided a good service for our trip to the Galapagos Islands for a very reasonable price. I would recommend to others.

I spent a wonderful week on Galapagos. The organisation was really good, there was always someone waiting on the airport, at the port or hotel. The guides were locals and knew a lot about the islands. I could add a diveday in the Itineray, what I really appreciated.
Sometimes it was strange for me to have my own guide, I expected I would be in a small group for these days (you're joining daily trips and have sometimes your own tour with a guide).
All in all a great experience to explore the islands in a short time.

Rebecca’s Adventure Travel was wonderful. Always on time and there was always someone there to pick us up or drop us off for our tours and from the flights/boats. They were professional and also allowed you to change things around if you wanted. Having the phone number and being able to text them through WhatsApp was wonderful. They took great care of us. My son forgot his sneakers in one of the vans and they brought them the next day. I would highly recommend them. We felt very safe in the Galapagos traveling with them. The guides were wonderful
And very knowledgeable. They also help with dinner suggestions based on what my kids wanted. I would definitely use Rebecca’s Adventure Travel again.

Rebecca Adventure Travel gave outstanding service on our 23 day tour to Galapagos. They ensured that we were supported 24x7 and this was important since I was traveling alone with a teenager. Our flight got delayed, covid test rules changed last minute while we were traveling, yet they handed everything so made travel like a breeze for us.

Having just finished an amazing 7 day tour of the Galapagos with my son (which was absolutely incredible!) - Rebecca Adventure Travel had left no stone unturned. A fascinating experience with smooth, on time transfers to the separate tours, easy travel between islands, and super hotels. Initially I was overwhelmed by the number (and types) of tours available at The Galapagos, but I like the Island Hopping concept better than a cruise ship. I found Rebecca Adventure Travel offered the perfect 7 Day Island Hopping Tour. Rebecca Travel was not only quick to respond, offered great details about the tour, included excellent hotel accommodations but they also coordinated pick up and the required PCR tests. I have traveled the world and worked with many tour companies and I give Rebecca Travel 5 STARS.

My wife and I had an amazing time using Rebecca Adventure Travel to book our honeymoon in the Galapagos islands. Prior to the trip we were worried about the planning of activities. As we have never been to the Galapagos Islands, it was challenging to understand the best way to book a trip, especially in the midst of the pandemic. In planning the trip, we were emailed directly by a Rebecca Adventure travel agent (Karina), who was extremely helpful in booking our trip and answering our (many) questions. She also asked us questions to ensure we would have an amazing time in the Galapagos. Our trip consisted of 9 days in the Galapagos. We originally planned for 8, but due to flight timing and COVID testing processes, we added one extra day.

Upon arrival in the Galapagos, we were greeted by a local guide (Wendy), who brought us from the airport directly to the hotel. This was a common theme throughout the trip, as we were greeted by local guides to take us to and from our hotel and travel accommodations based on our trip's activities. We also had plenty of time to explore the islands for ourselves which included exploring the various beaches on the islands, renting bikes to trek to the wall of tears, and enjoying the cuisine at the local restaurants. We spent much of the trip at sea on boats, kayaks and yachts. We visited Kicker Rock, Pinnacle Rock, and Los Tuneles where we snorkeled or scuba dived with sea turtles, sea lions, beautiful fish, and sharks! We also travelled to the Santa Cruz Highlands where we saw the amazing Galapagos Turtles. Everything was exactly how we dreamed it would be on our honeymoon.

We enjoyed staying at the local hotels, which were clean and the staff was friendly. We especially liked the Hotel Ikala in Puerto Ayora, which offered us breakfast in an enclosed rooftop area where we could view out into the sea. At each hotel, the staff was aware that it was our honeymoon, and offered us complimentary cocktails and/or a bottle of wine. On the final night of our, a local Rebecca Adventure Travel guide brought us to one of the best restaurants on the island of Santa Cruz for a celebration dinner. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We went as a family to Galapagos. Rebecca organized the tour with various highlights of what Galapagos Offers. We are pleasantly surprised with the well-planned execution and prompt communication. We never felt left out.

In addition, they also helped us with necessary Covid tests to and from the island.

Pleasant and enjoyable trip overall.

Everything was wonderful! It was only slightly disappointing as we were by ourselves. We understand that with covid tourism is down and we were glad to see everything without the crowds!

Excellent organization

Rebecca Adventure Travel arranged all our Galapagos activities, accommodation and inter-island travel. The staff is responsive and attentive. Given the fast-moving changes attendant on Covid, they do their best to fulfill each traveller's requirements.
