Weder Adidas Deutschland, noch Real-Madrid Chat kann mir helfen. Zig Emails, auch direkt an den Shop verlaufen ins Leere. Für 100 € hätte ich auch Essen gehen können. Ganz schlechte Kundenbetreuung

Marido con movilidad reducida y discapacidad de un 86%, ayuda de tercera persona. Nos gustaria ir a presenciar el partido Madrid-Barcelona del 27/10/2024. Llamo para informarme de la posibilidad de entradas para movilidad reducida para personas con baja visión. Me responden que no hay un sitio asignado para este tipo de movilidad reducida, solo se pueden adquirir si va en silla de ruedas, que las hemos de adquirir donde nos parezca. De verdad que un campo de futbol que caben unas 80000 personas es la primera vez que una persona de baja visión pide entrar al campo y ver minimamente un partido. Esto no es barreras arquitectónicas, esto es una vergüenza.

I only wished I’d of read these reviews before I purchased.
I ordered two kits for my son’s birthday, they not only took several weeks to arrive, they arrived screwed up with no care or attention.
one of the shirts was faulty with a large pull at the hem. I immediately went on the chat function and was told to send pictures, which I did. I was sent an email to say this has been sent to customer services but absolutely nothing since. Their customer service is absolutely shocking for a brand that is meant to epitomise class and quality.
I’m now about to try and chase this with the help of my credit card company in the hope they can get somewhere.

Ho ordinato una felpa lo scorso maggio, e come accaduto a moltissime persone che hanno lasciato una recensione su questo sito il prodotto non è mai arrivato. Ho reclamato diverse volte e mi è stato risposto che stanno conducendo un’indagine che durerà parecchi mesi. Nel frattempo si sono sempre rifiutati di rimborsarmi quanto speso. Es una vergüenza que esta web represente a un club como el Real Madrid. He tenido un problema con una camiseta y no me la cambian porque han pasado ya más de 30 días que son los legislados en la web. El problema es que la helado siguiendo las instrucciones del producto y me ha encogido y ahora no me vale he tirado a la basura 45 euros

I wanted to return 1 of 2 of my authentic Mbappe home Jersey. As both me and my wife ordered it without speaking together. The same day i ordered mine i tried to cancelling min but was not possible. Fair enough i thought my mistake, let me just pay shipping ans return once its back. But the return link is not working, and was told to contact support. Which i did on 3rd of august and several times after still havent heard any reply. Not my 14 days has expired for me to get my shipping money back and after 30 days i lose my right to return.

Im so disapoited as a premium realmadrid member/ fan. To have recieved such a bad customer service.

Bought a RM short & jersey for my 9 years old son, arrived 15 days later with a damage on the jersey. Immediately sent a claim with photos, kept being asked for photos, long delays between replis in spite of reminders! After 15 days told to fill up a form to send the jersey to be analyzed by an expert! Factoring their poor response time, I would guess that I would have received if they accept their responsibility by Xmas! No customer care, no attempt to solve their errors, their approach is to frustrate you till you give up! The richest club in the world is also the meanest! Just €€€€€. Shame on the Real Club

I ordered a jacket which was meant to be delivered in 5 to 20 days. After waiting for the package for 3 months as it seemed to be stuck in customs, the jacket appeared as delivered to a random person, so the package never arrived! It was stolen!
Customer services has been telling that I need to wait, as they are running an investigation which may last several months.
As a loyal Real Madrid fan, this is extremely disappointing.

I joined your club Madridista Premium membership on 04/05/2024, but nothing did not still arrive. I wrote several times to the mail of madridista premium, but I did not receive any reply.

Que pasa con los jugadores españoles, no entran en el plan de entrenador,.? Y Florentino q hace? Le importa una ...... q no haya jugadores españoles solo le importa la pela y llenarse los bolsillos. Soy madrilista pero a este ritmo me cambio de equipo. Pienso q ya es hora de q vuelvan los españoles a veces siento envidia del Barcelona por usar cantera u españoles (sólo de eso de lo demás me alegro).

Worst experience of my life. Received a £100 + Real Madrid shirt which was damaged, raised a return which took 2-3 weeks to finally push through. UPS collected my return on the 1st May 2024 and to this day I am still yet to receive a refund and little response back from the customer service team apart from: "We inform you that once your order RMUK18598P arrives our warehouse, they need up to 15 working days to process it."

Hello our experience by real madrid

We booked a stadion tour. When we came 03-06-2024 11.00 o clock as booked and paid. The entrance was closed. Nobody there. We went to the shop to get some info. Nobody could tell us something. Also we went to the entrance again. There where staying many people also children who came from cordoba. The teacher told us it was canceled. We travel 4 hours. No info no custom service. Our experience very very very bad. How can you treath fans like this.

me parece una completa tomadura de pelo lo de coger las entradas de la celebración de la champions por internet ya que llevamos mas de 5h intentando entrar y cuando entramos nos hecha otra vez para atras, se podrian plantear volverlo a hacer como años atras y hacerlo en taquilla porque esto es una verguenza

No es normal precio de entradas de normal para ver un partido , solo pueden ir los que tienen dinero una familia de 4 imposible . Hoy para las entradas de la celebración de champion vergonzoso 4 horas y cuando entras en la página no hay entradas pero tienes que esperar que vas bajando de personas para dar ilusiones . Todo lo cobran no dan nada gratis ver partido en una tele 12 , ir a ver la celebración champion 10 €. Fabrica de hacer dinero .
Y para colmo desde casa viendo el campo un montón de entradas vacías y asientos libres . Vergüenza mis hijos sin poder ir ...no tienen vergüenza club de la elegancia . Jugáis con las personas
